This place has the Wow factor as you walk in. Excellent quality design. Very clean and a very extensively equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds, with electric blankets provided. Bathroom facilities are really nice and trendy. Great to be able to park in the canopy at to the front door, which was so convenient for unloading and loading the car. A lovely huge balcony over looking the golf course.

Two points to be aware of, which I would recommend the owners provide. Firstly to have WiFi installed. Secondly there is a need to heating in the bedrooms. We visited in the spring so night time was a little chilly at times. I nice touch would also to have a patio table and chairs for enjoying the view from the balcony.

Did not have breakfast and the location was good.

. We had problems opening the box to excess key. Not enough tea and coffee for 6 adults for 3 days. Could provide more informed information as to what is on in and around Coles Bay and surrounds. Lamps in all rooms

Good location, clean house and comfortable beds

There were only 3 unchipped mugs and most of the plates were cracked and chipped- definitely needs to replace the dinner set and mugs for at least 6 people . The door to ensuite did not slide easily and the main bedroom door would not latch. There was an unanticipated ant problem in the living area which unfortunately invaded our food.
