Quiet location on the outskirts of Luz , very clean and plenty of space for 8people.

25min walk down the steep hill to the centre (12%) and a 40min back to the Villa. Garden was in a very poor condition, no grass on area around the pool. There’s an old crane being stored just the on the other side of the fence at the bottom of the garden. 6 sun loungers, 6 outside chairs for the table outside, but properly sleeps 8.

Lovely big rooms and an amazing pool area. Everything you might need in the kitchen and very clean

Bit further than a 10 minute walk to the beach but a pleasant one. No air-con but lots of fans available

Large and spacious villa. Fabulous upstairs terrace with comfortable seating and views over Luz to the sea. The swimming pool is large and gets the sun all day. There’s a pool table and table football to keep the teenagers entertained. The location is very peaceful and we all enjoyed walking to Luz but it is quite a steep hill on the way back.

No walk in shower in any bathroom. The driveway is long and narrow so although there is room for several cars they’ll all be parked in a row. (Plenty of on street parking available if needed)

We loved the location and layout of the villa. Rooms are great sizes which met our family needs.

Could do with a little bit of TLC, gas cooker not fully functioning and sink in bathroom needs unblocking. Minor fixes.

We had a great week staying here. It’s a beautiful villa on a lovely quiet road. The pool is a really good size and there’s plenty of room inside. My children loved the snooker table especially! Communication with Joanne the host was great, always get a quick response if had a question to ask before I booked and during our stay.

Comfortable modern home in excellent area, with a great pool. Owners very helpful, had the impression help was always at hand if needed.

Very little to dislike. But would advise a car.
