great stay! very friendly staff and excellent location. 5 mins walk to beach. property was spacious and well cleaned.

although the adult pool is advertised as heated during winter, be warned it is still very cold! would be better a few degrees warmer.

The apartment we got wasn't what we had booked on this website, the furniture was very uncomfortable, the sofa especially could do with updating, I imagine this would also be a very noisy place in summer when busy and quite overlooked by other rooms too (depending on which apartment you get allocated I guess)

Superbly appointed. Kind staff; helpful and polite. Duplex apartment had multiple balconies, so you had the views and the sunshine all day.

Superb complex, with well appointed apartments and exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The room is spacious, kitchen is well equipped. The location is near the beach and all amenities.

The managment of the proprety is poor. I had to get the key of the apartment in Lagos 10km away despite they wrote that i will be handed out the keys. Cleaning was not done on scheduled times. I had a problem with the AC not working and it took one week to fix it.

Everything was great

Home from home feel. Clean and everything working. Loved the coffee machine with the pods. Great television too. All towels provided so no need to pack any. Air conditioning used too.

The facilities and our accommodation were excellent. The food was really good and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The three pools meant it was never crowded and it was good to see no one 'reserving' the sunbeds. Overall, as a family of 5, we had a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Only minor drawback was our particular apartment was the furthest away from the services and beach area which was a pity as we had a mobility issue in our group. Would not stop us returning.

The welcome package was good however I requested it contain no ham or beer and it did which was a waste. The apartment was spacious with good facilities and a couple of laundry and dishwasher tabs. The views of the gardens and mountains from the balcony were stunning. The swimming pool for families was lovely and staff there were very friendly. The manager and staff at the resort restaurant were attentive and friendly, and the food was of a very high standard. The reception area was cool and pleasant. WiFi was fine.

The room was not cleaned during our 4 night stay. We were told they were only cleaned weekly so we would miss out but that we could have clean towels and they would be left in the apartment, they weren’t and I had to request this two more times. We were told repeatedly before arrival and on arrival that a late check out request could only be made the day before check out, but when asked was told that could only be granted an extra hour and made to feel this was a bit tiresome. The bed sheets in the room did not smell fresh , in hindsight I should have washed them myself but was expecting the room to be cleaned. A USB port to charge phone and iPad would have been helpful. Felt the room could be updated with some small touches such as new rug. Also was not clear if coffee pods were part of package or not, I found the leaflet with them confusing. As there are so many families some pumps to blow up inflatables would also be above touch.

The facilities in the appartement were great. Everything was there and clean: for example the washing machine was a big bonus as we could do the laundry before returning home. Another nice touch was that there were two bottles of water and one bottle of milk at arrival. Two pools at resort and the beach were fine. Luz is small city, not so much to see in the evening but enough for family and small walk. Lagos is nearby for more shopping, eating and action. Overall the location is very good being close to the must see activities in the Algarve. We came by bus to Lagos, after first spending three days in Lisbon. From there we took taxi to resort in Luz. The next day we rented a very small car giving us a lot of flexibility as well for the rest of the holiday in Luz. I personally liked also the hiking trails with view points along the cliffs. Recommended is Kayak tour in Lagos, Boat tour around and at Benagil caves, walking at view point in Sagres and seeing sun set at most south west point of Europe. We also visited Slide & Splash which was a lot of fun for the children. Weather was great as well during the day and also in the evening.

Things can always get better, but listing them here would be about little details that were really not that important

The very spacious apartment was spotless. The adult pool was relaxing. Allorro restaurant and pool bar were excellent and the staff were very friendly.

The pool toilets need to be cleaned more consistently.
