Staff were very informative and helped heaps. They have a library of books in reception! Great for the beach or beside the pool. Bathroom included a bath. Clothes airer wase available - just needed to ask for it.
Kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed. We had a problem with the internet. They worked to fix this, and in the meantime I was able to link into the reception/owners server to do some work things. There is also internet by the pool.

The bedroom sliding door didn't lock.

Location was very good, nice veranda, near to beach, restaurants and all facilities. Would return, especially to the apartment we stayed.
Transporting a heavy, full sized travel case over the cobbled area from the road to the apartment was difficult to manage.

Very comfortable apartment, well equipped, with a nice large balcony. The bed was supercomfy, kitchen has all you may need. Swimming pool is a big plus (the sunbeds could use some care though). Great communication and agreeable staff in general.

Lovely quiet location fairly close to the beach. Small but very clean swimming pool and garden to relax in. We had booked a studio apartment but were upgraded to a spacious upstairs apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen although with only two electric rings and microwave but adequate. Cleaners came in every two days to change towels and give a quick clean.
Unfortunately I have difficulty in managing stairs hence the ground floor apartment booked but although struggled did manage the stairs to the apartment - no lift! Car parking is outside the complex involving a walk to any apartment.

Our accommodation was conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants. We had a pool in the complex and the facilities in the apartment mostly accommodated our needs. The bed was very comfortable.
The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and in desperate need of new pillows. There were other families onsite who owned their apartment and were very inconsiderate of noise levels allowing their children to play games and run around screaming in front of our apartment at midnight.

- the receptionist was very helpful and recommended us a lot of cool places around the west and south algarve and also organized us a car rent (luzcars: uncomplicated and good price)

Very convenient location near the beach, restaurants and shops. Also very quiet and with just enough parking space in front. Really nice staff, well equipped kitchen with new appliances, everything very, very clean. Nice swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds.
Some pieces of furniture would deserve thorough service and knives in the kitchen could have been sharper.
