Small kitchen in the room, very clean, spacy bathroom with separated shower. Great swimming pool.

We stayed in the apartment with 2 rooms and kitchen and it was a really great choice. Staff is really helpful, nice pool and good location. 5 minutes to beach and 20 to surf places and restaurants.

Lalith was such a lovely and helpful person. The hotel is very well looked after and the facilities are excellent inside the room or in the hotel itself. There is a lovely pool which is a bonus. You can access the best beaches by using a 3 wheel with a short journey. We will definitely return. Thank you Lalith!
Everything was excellent, however if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs with you as the train noises might startle you at night.

Athithi Villa is very quiet and relaxed. it is handy for the beach, although the pool at the property is a good size. The owner is there every day and is very helpful.

It was an amazing vacations! We were happy to stay at Athithi Villa. The owner and his assistants are very nice and eager to help, hospitable and welcoming. They helped us to arrange transfer to\from the airport, and found the driver for the excursion to the National Animal Park for us. Our apartment was very clean with two huge balconies. There is a pool inside the villa, the beach is 5 minutes away by foot.
The electricity went on\off unexpectedly during the day, but it is not the problem of the Villa, it is the common problem in Sri-Lanka our days.

Railway is very close to hotel if your sleep is lightly you will be disturbed almost every time when train will pass by rail.

Clean room/ nice pool / great Sri Lankan breakfast/
Fully equipped kitchen and big bathroom and nice shower .
Better to improve room service with followings :
* keep drinking water bottles in room daily ( middle of night boil water to drink as we didn’t get water bottles except first day )
* give towels daily ( we stayed 2 nights and we didn’t get new towels. Since we were out and all we didn’t bother to ask much )
* keep coffee bags also in room as we found only tea and we asked coffee .
* TV was disconnected and it was fixed 2nd day after we informed .
General comment :
* hotel name sign board not visible on the road and was difficult to find the location direct .
