El diseño moderno. La ubicación en pleno centro de Plasencia. La relación calidad-precio. Muy muy recomendable.

Por poner un "pero", un poco justo de toallas... Si hubiera uno o dos servicios de más, por si acaso puestos en un armario, no venía mal. Un poco justo de ropa de cama, porque el cubre colchón se salía de las esquinas por la noche y acababas durmiendo encima de él.

Nice apartment in great location, parking a little tricky as its right in the centre of the old city but managed to find a spot on the next street. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect. I’m very glad to have stayed here. Check-in was very easy, despite a late arrival in Plasencia. The location is excellent, barely two minutes’ walk from Plaza Mayor. The apartment was exactly as advertised with everything I needed. Very comfortable bed, great shower, extremely clean… I would happily stay here again 🙂

The apartment was cosy and the location was very central, a minute away from the main square. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment had a balcony with a great view.

The communication with the host was a bit difficult, and there is no one permanently on the premises in case you need something. During the night sometimes I could hear voices from the apartment below.

The location was great. The apartment overall was comfortable and it had a nice balcony. The exterior of the building was interesting. The staff were helpful in arranging access and giving guidance about parking. The air conditioning and wifi worked well.

The bed was small for two people but otherwise comfortable. There were barking dogs on the balcony next door and upstairs. They barked for quite a long time but fortunately they stopped during the late night. We could hear the guests upstairs moving around. The apartment is remodeled and they cut some corners such as having a step to enter the bathroom to accomodate plumbing for the shower drain and there were another shortcuts used. We were not able to figure out how to use the coffeemaker. Instruction should have been provided.

Great location. Tastefully decoration. Offered everything needed.
