Beautiful old historic building minutes from the lively square with plenty of cafes bars and shops! Friendly welcome and we were shown to our reserved car parking space. The hotel can be accessed from the car parking area which is very secure. Our twin room was adequate in size with a good en-suite bathroom, comfortable and clean. The room overlooked the car parking ! Drinks were available in the imposing lounge and bar and our dog was welcome. Due to rain we had dinner in the bar area, the food choice for vegetarians was, as usual, a bit limited, and quite small portions! But good quality. Breakfast was a little disappointing, poor choice of breads and coffee not great! We ordered eggs but they arrived almost as soon as we had ordered and whilst still eating cereals...perhaps a minor point but was a little irritating! The service was not exactly friendly at breakfast! A point that was made to the very professional and helpful reception staff. Would we stay again - yes - Plascencia was lovely, a good stop to the ferry, and the hotel building stunning and location was great!

Beaucoup de charme, bâtiment historique Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Situation centrale dans la vieille ville. Petit déjeuner complet et excellent, très belle salle de petit déjeuner. Accepte les chiens, coussin et gamelle fournies, ce qui est très bien.

Parking ! Si le petit parking de l'hôtel est complet, on peut déposer les bagages mais ensuite, il faut se garer dans un des parking extérieurs, soit gratuit mais souvent complet et non surveillé, soit payant mais peu adapté aux grandes voitures (5-6 minutes à pied)

La ubicación el hotel, el edificio muy bonito y el personal de recepción muy amable.

Habitación, con ducha poco práctica con bañera y mampara insuficiente, al ducharte sale todo el agua. No es independiente de la habitación y cuando uno está en la ducha se escucha todo.Los cubiertos del desayuno eran como de un almuerzo o cena demasiado grandes para las mesas tan pequeñas.

Muy bien situado, las instalaciones son muy originales y distintas. La habitación me gustó mucho.

Lo único que no había sitio en el parking cuando llegamos y tuvimos que aparcar un poco más lejos pero sin problema ya que el personal te ayuda y te indica muy bien.

Fantastic building in an amazing location. Good parking.

Maybe the pool is a bit small, but we didn't use it! No problem.

Beautiful grand building in the heart of Plasencia old town. Attentive staff and good facilities.

Room was spacious and very clean but only had windows in the ceiling (roof lights) so felt claustrophobic.
