La atención de la señora de la recepción, porque la chica más joven poco amable, la señora hasta ofreció llamarme un taxi mientras la joven molesta indico que porque no lo hacía yo 😔

Hubo cambio de toallas, papel higiénico, jabón, shampoo y aseo.
Se suponía que el aseo se realizaba día por medio pero la primera vez se demoraron un día más y la segunda aunque avisamos en recepción y con personal de aseo directamente tardaron 3 días y olvidaron dejar 2 toallas extra ya que éramos 4 pasajeros no 2.

Cada año visito Playa del Carmen, hace ya algunos años me he alojado ahí, es cómodo e iluminado, amplio y cuenta con lo necesario para tener una estancia placentera.
La limpieza realizada después de la primera noche fue a medias; la noche previa a mi salida (viernes) me quedé sin gas, bajé a recepción y me dijeron que no podían solucionarlo porque los viernes el personal de mantenimiento descansa y no había quien podía atender mi problema, o sea, ni pensar en tener algún inconveniente los viernes porque te quedas así; aún así, volveré, espero se mejore esa parte.

The condo was in a central location. The staff was friendly and the condo was huge.
There was five of us and we only got two towels, we had to constantly be asking for towels. There was no continental breakfast like we were promised, when we asked we were told that we had a kitchenette.

It's a little bit far from the center. ( I loved it, because the streets at this side of the city 'more mexican' than the other - closer to the beach - providing perfect photo subjects for me, but I suppose it's good to know before booking. )

it was very peaceful….and spacious. beds were comfortable and everything was clean. reception staff were lovely. we enjoyed seeing the sunset and sunrise from the two balconies. shower was great.
the kitchen was poorly equipped. we had to ask for a pan. the elevator wasn’t working when we were there. the pool is very small.
there is no restaurant - if you pay for breakfast, it is at a restaurant a taxi ride away in the town.

the apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything working, the bathroom was amazing hot and cold shower, the staff was the friendliness I had come across in my three week stay in Mexico, a credit to the company going above and beyond.!! and although the pool is only small , it’s clean and a very relaxing after spending the day in the sunshine!! would definitely return to this little Jem when returning to playa del carman 💕💕💕
although this property wasn’t so close to the amenities in playa del Carmen , I’d still give it a 10/10, I’d rather stay somewhere quieter and friendlier and pay for taxi to get to the beach!!
