Host was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. Arranged transfers, money exchange, SIM Cards and offered to show us around/recommended places. Location was close to the airport and city centre. Place was clean, had everything you needed for a short stay and as much water/coffee/tea as you wanted was provided.

Great hospitality by Mr. Ramakrishna Shenoy. My daughter had an extremely comfortable stay. He was very considerate thought the stay and appreciate his attention to details to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

Room and toilet were clean. Washroom had hot water available all the time. Ac was available in the room. Central mall is just 1.5 km away. The owner Rahul was a kind and welcoming person.
Restaurants were not available nearby.

They serve you welcome drink like wine namely guava, grape and ginger. Beat the heat of Kudla with these. The host is ever enthusiastic to offer you great service. The reason for their best service. The best hospitality in the centre of city. The laundry service is on time.

We absolutely loved our stay in Rahul Residency and would definitely recommend this property! The owner Rakesh genuinely cares for the guests. We were traveling for a vacation with a small kid for the first after the lockdowns and were a bit apprehensive. But all that disappeared the moment we stepped into the room and interacted with Rakesh and team as they are specially considerate for the requirements of families traveling with kids or elders. The location of the property is not merely good, it's great! All the top hotels of Mangalore like Hotel Janatha Deluxe, Pabba's, Taj Mahal cafe are within 2 km from the hotel. The Mangalore bus stand is also fairly close by. The main highways to Bangalore, Udupi, Kerala are also a short drive away.

The cozy rooms and the friendly owner of the property who kept enquiring very frequently if we needed any kind of assistance. Most of all, the serviced apartment is pet friendly. Will definitely keep going to this place again and again
