One night I asked for water which is a basic need. It is complimentary for customers. Instead of that their staff delegated me to call 454 which is a paid service. Unnecessarily I paid 120 rupees. During booking of the room I didn't find anywhere that I have to 1000 rupees if I do early checking like before 3 hrs. I will say it's a hidden charge which I paid. Their complimentary breakfast was not good at all. They don't have varieties.

1) The rooms were small and the room 307 allotted to us was having some issues, even after 2-3 hours after mopping the floor remained wet. we requested and moved to a different room. 2) restaurant had very few options in breakfast. and restaurant staff were really slow

Room service for food was not great. They did not have the ingredients for some of the items on the menu. They even did not deliver tea from their inhouse restaurant.

1. You have large glass façade which all together fix . need some opening for fresh air, 2. please provide bathroom sleeper.

I was charged 35% extra of total room cost/day for 2 hours early check-in. The early check-in clause wasn't mentioned anywhere while booking. I booked the Property going by other reviews, looks like paid reviews or biased ones, the property isn't as great as the other reviews are. I might not return again.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location is good. Room was cleaned well.

There was no hot water. Everytime we went out and came back, the bathroom reeked of cigarette smell. Maybe vent problem. Couple of lights weren't working in the room. Rooms could have been a bit bigger or the rate less.
