La cama, las vistas

Poca vajilla en la cocina. Sartenes muy grandes y falta de espátula, pero hemos adaptado a lo que hay. Todo en cobertizos muy altos para gente con poca altura.

La ubicación es genial, a un paseo del centro pero cerca y con fácil aparcamiento. Los dueños son encantadores y atentos. Sin duda lo mejor las vistas.

Az apartmanban minden megtalalálható volt, ami csak egy gondtalan nyaraláshoz szükséges. Fantasztikus kilátás nyílik az óceánra és a kikötőre nagyszerű szórakozás volt az érkező és induló hajókat, óceánjárókat nézni. Az apartmanban tartózkodva úgy érezheti magát az ember, mintha egy luxus óceánjárón lenne a kikötőben🙂 Minden reggel más és más, csodálatos napfelkeltében volt részünk! A Spanyol tér 20 perc sétára található a promenádon. A parkolás a környéken könnyebb volt, mint máshol a szigeten. Az apartman alatt található Bahia étterem nagyon finom ételeket kínál. A szállásadó kedvessége és figyelmessége (sörrel, palackozott vízzel, kávéval, olajbogyóval fogadott) jól eső érzéssel töltött el és tartózkodás alatt is érdeklődött, hogy vagyunk, minden rendben van-e. Mindent nagyon köszönünk Nurianak, nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat.

La amabilidad de Nuria, la encargada del apartamento, siempre pendiente de mí por si era necesario algo. La cama es comodísima y tiene varias almohadas para escoger. Hay un supermercado Dino a 5 minutos a pie. Es grande, así que puedes comprar de todo. El autobús para ir a la playa de Las Teresitas se coge en la misma Avenida de Anaga, muy cerquita del apartamento. Y si quieres ir al centro, das un paseo por la Avenida de Anaga y en 15-20 minutos estás en la Plaza de España. Hay aparcamiento en la calle, en las proximidades. Y desde el gran ventanal del apartamento veía el mar al levantarme. Me encontré muy a gusto!

En general, no puedo decir nada malo. Sólo apuntar que para quienes no madrugan, a partir de las 7.30h puede sentirse el ruido del tráfico, pero para quienes madrugamos no tiene importancia 😁

The apartment has a very good location, great view, all you need in kitchen area, comfortable bed and leaving room. Quick and easy contact with the owner. Nice place to stay for short holidays. Parking options nearby on the main street.

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures or even better. Nuria the hostess was very helpful!! The neighbourhood is very nice, safe, upgraded. Very close to the appartment there are two bus stops where you can catch a bus and go anywhere in Santa Cruz. Nearby there are two Supermarkets, one of them is 24/7. Santa Cruz is very beautiful city, but at the end of the day we were looking forward to go to the appartment where we could have a drink at the balcony with the great view. I hope I'll visit in the near future Santa Cruz again. I'm staying here again.

Absolutely nothing.

Spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed & pillows. Free Wifi electricity and hot water 100% reliable. cleaning products, kitchenware bin liners etc all provided. Señora Nuria was very helpful and welcoming, explained how everything worked and texted a couple of times to check we were ok during the Covid-19 coronavirus lockdown as plans changed rapidly. Fascinating view of the tides and ships all day and night. Several cheap & cheerful bars cafés, restaurants & 2 supermarkets in easy walking distance plus the convenience store & Rincon de Pan at the petrol station bakes fresh bread, sweet & savoury treats, filled croissants etc in store several times a day. The 910 bus is cheap & runs every few minutes into city and out to Las Teresitas beach all day long. Your stop is “Casa Del Mar”. Easy cheap public buses every half hour from the airport so no need for a taxi, just buy one TEN+ smartcard from the airport machine, top it up & you’re good for the whole trip. One smartcard covers multiple people too. City & tramway is a pleasant 30 minute walk along the pedestrian seafront boulevard with its cycle & jogging lanes to get that fresh sea air. Beautiful tropical parks full of shaded seating ,statues, palm trees & elaborate fountains all within easy walking distance all to enjoy for free.

The Spanish government closed all the bars & restaurants for COVID-19 coronavirus lockdown because they are taking their nation’s health very seriously. This meant we had to curtail our exploring plans & stay ‘home’ for the last 4 days of our holiday, but we couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to be in “quarantine” so everything worked out fine. Yappy dog in a nearby apartment, suspect the poor little critter is left alone all day. We christened it “Toto” (!) Some traffic noise obviously if the window is open because of location but neither of these things bothered us & was more than balanced out by the amazing dawn chorus of wild birds in the palm trees around the residential block every day.

The owner, Nuria, was friendly and helpful. She communicated well with us on WhatsApp and in English. The view of the harbour entrance from the Juliet balcony was great as the flat is on the 8th floor. The flat was light and spacious for two. The good Superdino supermarket was very close. We could buy nice bread from the petrol station and have our bus card topped up there. The flat was well placed between 2 bus stops. Bus 910 was ideal for the town centre and very frequent. We were also able to get to the Anaga national park by bus. Altogether, we would recommend this flat to anyone wanting to explore the capital city, La Laguna and Anaga.

The television only worked for us once and the sound was not good. The balcony window panes needed cleaning. The block of flats was on a main road which was busier than we had expected so it was quite noisy even at night but we got used to it.
