Great location with a super pool and underground secure parking. Really good fast and reliable WiFi ( almost 500 Mbps ), plus Netflix. The welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates was a nice touch.

Beautiful location. very high standard. tastefully decorated and finished. VERY clean and comfortable in every way. Beach 2min walk, grocery shop 5min walk. Vibrant market on Saturdays, seafood restaurants, local cuisine amongst others nearby (10 min walk). Big clean communal swimming pool. Friendly polite neighbours. Underground carpark within facility. Excellent booking process with amazing helpful staff. We loved this property so much that we would buy it, if for sale ❤️ /Tom and Cami

the location was perfect. apartment clean, very safe and well laid out. would stay here again and again. pool lovely. just perfect. bed really comfy and the host was a delight.

I always stay in The Perla appartments, never had an issue there. The flats are quite new and modern in the area, and its set just outside of the main sqaure which is busy

As they are appartments, you never get a good nights sleep there unfortunately. Over the years of staying in the appartment there is nothing you can do, its just the construction of them. You hear people above you walking, banging, talking, televisions on from next door, they are very thin walls and no insulation. If you can tolerate the noise then the rest is fine

Location, big apartment, you can see the sea fron the balcony. Very clean, all equipments in the kitchen (just the dishwasher was missing). Very nice and unexpected welcome pack (water, sweets, wine). Clean swimming pool. Everything is very convenient.

Cold floor, thin walls and cielings (you can hear everything that's going in the neighbours' apartment, the dog was running upstairs and it was like he was running in our apartament).

Médano was very cool place with lots of water sports abs skating. The apartment had everything for cooking full meals.
