The place is quite dirty. The bed had stains all over it. Bathroom was not clean, loads of hair on the toilet and huge amount in the shower. Little bugs. The room is very small and no fan so gets really hot in the day. The kitchen was average not much to use. After we checked out we asked to leave our bags with them for 2 hours while we waited for bus they said NO, never has any hotel refused to keep your bags so unfriendly. I would not recommend for the price nor will I return.

The common areas were very inviting and it was very easy to connect with other travelers.

The hot water in the shower lasted only a couple of minutes.

Nice garden

Quite a strange stay. There were hardly any people there. I even spent 1 night all alone in the 8 bed dorm. It felt more forbidden than allowed. The staff was not too friendly. And it was anything but clean. Not recommended.

Good kitchen and location

The staff and mould in the bedroom. Immediately when we arrived at the hostel we were judged by the reception guy.we were told very directly that this hostel was a healthy hostel, no smoking marijuana and no drinking alcohol. Yet on the second night of our stay, every single guest was drinking alcohol. Not only that we were woke up at 3am to a very drunk guest who continued to shout and keep everyone awake until the very early hours of the morning. There was no handling of this situation by the staff nor an apology. The staff have no people skills or interest in human beings.

Dorm room smelled really bad. The let people check into the dorm at midnight, waking people up. They dont accept credit card despite advertising they do.

Location, very clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Great garden. Silence at night.

Kitchen could be cleaner. Wifi could be better, some cuts, to work it was fine but for video calls would be hard.

It is super cold in the night and the showers are broken with either no hot water or very little stream of super hot water pouring in, beware of that.

The communal garden area is beautiful and a great sunny spot to have meals.

If you need pitch darkness to sleep, bring a mask as the windows all go into the hall.

In the dorm behind Garden wifi signal is terrible, it was cold , between beds is not enough space

The outdoor garden was nice. There are lights and plugs at the head of each bed. Always staff at the front desk. Safe. Lockers with key provided . The Internet worked really well!

The sheets on the bed did not appear clean. They come off the bed as soon as you roll over and have holes. New sheets please. No room for backpacks. The bed in the middle of the room takes up lots of space. I was supposed to be in a female dormitory and there were two men. the girls staying there said they reserved the same. there are only two bathrooms and they were almost always occupied. sucked when ya have to pee. or change in there because there were men in your room. I also thought there was a terrace. but it was locked.

The kitchen is well equipped.

The room felt like a cell not a room with little to no natural light. Mould in the shower. Staff felt robotic. Pay extra for a shower towel!! The bathroom provides paper towels instead of just giving you a towel for free, so there is a big waste of materials and all that waste of paper just so the hostel can make a little extra money!!!
