great location, really close to beaches, restaurants, shopping. quiet at night. comfy bed and spacious rooms. ground floor room was humid and had a bad smell but i got a free and uncomplicated upgrade to a room 9n the first floor, which was perfect.

Rooms where cleaned every day, owner was really relaxed and friendly and we really felt like we had a home away from home. The rooms where really comfortable, the facilities.excellent and the location was very good for us. For our next visit we are sure we will use Francesca again. Also it should be mentioned that the food you can order from the restaurant they have was nice and not expensive.

We didn't even mention this to the owner because we thought it was kind of funny but the breakfast was always a little different although every.day we choose exactly the same breanfast ingredients. We liked the breakfast every day nevertheless. Also it should be mentioned that the pool is in the sun till like 2 or 3 pm. For us no problem but it might be for others.

The service and the place was Amazing! I would recommend 100% The pool and the place design is beautiful, breakfast served too! The staff was really nice and helpful!

Everything was brilliant! The whole team were just wonderful, super friendly and accommodating. I had such a great stay, it was so much better than I could have imagined. A really small and local feel with all the perks of a hotel. Super clean, wonderful facilities and the breakfast was just brilliant. Pool is great, the terrace spaces are great. Thank you so much, I highly recommend! Also they have two of the best dogs :)

Nothing to dislike, everything was fab!

The staff was excellent and I loved how clean the housekeepers kept the rooms and common areas daily. Breakfast was nice. And the benefit of having a restaurant nearby was a pleasure. The food was great there as well. The room was cozy. And the location of the guest house was perfect. Management responded to messages timely.

I didn't like my first room. The view was horrible and the bathroom was complicated. I am appreciative that management was able to change my room within an hour. However, I was moved to a room with no window. There was a small patio and door with no window which was nice if I was in my room during the day because I could open the door and listen to the birds and feel the breeze. I had a TV but no remote to turn it on. I had a lamp but there was only one outlet in the room and the converter box that was there did not have the right plug for the lamp given. The bathroom faucet was loose and would move whenever I turned the faucet on and off. The Wi-fi code, along with urgent numbers and information for management and the restaurant should be simply displayed in each room as well as in the main common area. This way, guests aren't running around looking for this information.

Great staff, lovely pool, beautiful room and decor. Very clean and felt secure and safe. An oasis in the chaos of Dakar.

As someone who can't speak French it was hard to find staff (management) who spoke English. The French speakers were as helpful as they could be. When those who spoke English were around they were very friendly and helpful.

The territory of the guest house is very nice, as you can find a little swimming pool and beds to chill. It was very quiet and peaceful, and they also have security. AC is working, which is a must in such a country as Senegal. The owner and other employees are very welcoming and ready to help. You can pay for your stay by card which is also very handy. And they also have an Italian restaurant, so you can order delicious food right to the hotel.

The only thing was the lack of shampoo & shower gel. I usually expect that unless it’s an Airbnb. But that’s not smth that can spoil your stay, for sure.

Great breakfast, lovely host and staff

We booked this accomodation as it said there were a pool and bar. We were disappointed that the bar did not exist. However we still really enjoyed our time!

very helpful staff and owner. comfortable bedroom, good breakfast and well located. As they are connected with Italian restaurant nearby, it means you can order in very good at food and wine.

I had some issues with the shower which was eventually fixed but the shower doors do not fit and the bathroom ends up getting wet very easily through the large gaps

The breakfast is ok and by far the staff persons are the best. I have missed more to kniw the rules uppon arrival and hints. The owner is atrentious but no, not all the staff and even him speak english so fluently as announced.

My bed was even dangerous for people with disabilities as the support is not nailed. Several itens in the description are absolutely untrue. There is no hairdrier, there is no coffee maker or simar facilities, no toileteries. In my first night there were nit even towels, I needed to request. There is no problem if you cannot provide or offer those things ... the problem is announce you do when you don't. The stair is also dangerous as at night there is o ligjt, it is dark and unsafe. They tried be attentive but win a 9 from booking or other apps means you have to still working to keep your stars...

A beautiful Guest House, very clean, light, airy and tastefully decorated. The security guard always smiled and was helpful and Antonio was happy to help including chasing up and emailing me the receipt for a taxis! Many thanks to all!
