No, no, no. Here’s my story—I booked the family room, #209. There are definitely some positives: quick responses to questions, fast late check-in, and a location close to the city center.

However, there are far more negatives: ⁃ The room is severely overpriced (especially considering the final issue!). ⁃ Breakfast is included but could be improved. The coffee, in particular, needs a lot of work. ⁃ Not all the listed amenities were available in the room—no kitchenware, no coffee maker. There was no inner courtyard view, or any view at all, as the room faced the attic. ⁃ The refrigerator was extremely loud—it’s impossible to sleep unless you turn it off. ⁃ But the absolute worst part? The cockroaches. I’m talking a lot of cockroaches! Crawling like they had their own little party going on in the room. It was a complete nightmare, and frankly, disgusting. I’ve never seen anything like it in a hotel.
