We had a wonderful time during our stay, the house had all the amenities we could have wanted, was clean and well maintained. The location is close to a very nice beach. Gil and his family were wonderful hosts during our stay.

On arrival the apartment was not ready as there were contractors all over the place . We had to wait to be able to enter. Bed linen was very old and there were stain marks all over them. Towels were very old and very smelly. Beds exceptionally uncomfortable. Kitchen utensils old and totally inadequate. Tears in the lounge furniture. The bathroom shower and toilet as well as the landing and kitchen were overrun with ants, There were cockroaches in the bedroom. The safe didnt work as the batteries were so old and corroded. It was replaced the next day, No hot water in the bathroom hand basin and kitchen. In times of Covid 19 protocols this is unacceptable. Cleaning lady scheduled for Wednesday afternoon did not arrive and we were just left waiting all afternoon in the apartment. This was the first time in 20 years of using Booking.com on numerous occasions that we walked out of the apartment before having spent one week of the month that we had paid for. The landlord was not prepared to compensate anything towards our early departure saying that we must get a refund from Booking,com - as I pointed out to him no payment was made to Booking.com , The entire month rental was paid in cash to him on our arrival.

The apartment was as described, within very close proximity to the best beach. Very relaxing and equipped with everything you need for your stay! Azad and Gilbert were both very attentive to all of our queries. Overall, fantastic value for money for a great holiday!

Nothing about the property itself but one thing to bare in mind is that the supermarket is quite far from the apartment (+-3.5km) and closes at about 7pm. If you arrive late as we did, it is difficult to purchase basic food items until the next day. Same goes for dinner as the nearest restaurants are hotel restaurants. Taxis seem to be available at the end of the road but can be quite costly.

The appartment is really nice and clean. Also the outdoor pool, kids just loved it. The appartment is in really nice location, close to a beautiful beach, supermarket. We just really enjoyed there. You have very good food on the Mont Choisy beach. The local people are very friendly and helpful. We will certainly came back to this place.

Quiet place, near clean beach. Very helpfull owner Azad. Parking free. Swimming pool next to the house.

Creaking bed. Only cold water flows in the kitchen. There are no shops nearby.
