The bigger shops were a little bit far, although this can be easily solved if you rent a car.

Tout été à la hauteur de nos espérances à part peut être de rajouter une cafetière classique pour la cuisine en commun et une étagère pour déposer nos affaires de toilette dans la salles de bain serait la bienvenue mais nous avons comblé ce petit manque en y plaçant l'une des tables de nuit ...

The facilities was very nice and the location excellent. The hostess was very friendly and always ready to help. We opted for a room with a small kitchen and this worked really well for my early coffee.

The mattress and pillows were quite hard, but expected at a yoga establishment. Took my body a night or two to get use to it.

The location is very good, 5 minutes walking to the beach, the area is safe and easy to navigate, close to bus station. The staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to help with any questions and requests. the villa itself is very cosy

Great value - great stay . For the price it jas very good facilities. Wooden floors, great terrace. Only 4 Minutes Walking to the public beach.

The kitchen has only 1 pot. The rest wsd great.

Overall a very pleasant experience. Very comfy bed and interior. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and supermarket.

Please be aware that the room does not offer a balcony although the booking.com room description states there should be a balcony.

I thought we were going to have a studio with private kitchen etc from the pics and description on the site but it turned out to be a shared kitchen/ living room. this wasn’t a huge problem but we were wary of using it in the morning or at night as we didn’t want to disturb other guests and if other guests had been noisy we would have been woken up. I wouldn’t have chosen the room if I had realised this as plenty of other studios are available with private facilities. also selected the room due to good reviews of the owner and he turned out to be away the week we stayed. whilst we did have access to a washing machine it only used cold water so none of our clothes actually got clean. finally the TV in the common area didn’t work which wouldn’t usually be a problem but during the World Cup was inconvenient.

Super relaxed atmosphere, the owner Vishal extremely helpful and personable. The location is also very good, not far from the beautiful beach and with enough restaurants around. So we can well imagine coming back!

great Property well equipped and comfortable

Vishal is great host, at the beggining he showed us town and recommended best places to eat and go. Apartment was big and comfortable with big terrace. Downstairs there is a cosy cafe run by Vishal. Location is great, it's: 3' to the nearest shop. 5' to the beautiful long beach, 15' to the big supermarket. Good value for price.

Bathroom could be cleaner. Swimming pool is very small and unappealing. It wasn't problem for us, we prefer beach anyway (which is amazing), but if it is important for you to have nice swimming pool you won't be satisfied.

In Sannyasa I felt right at home. The room was nice, had a great shared kitchen, and the feel of the place was very comfortable. Would go there again for sure. The beach was a 5 minute walk away from the house, and the area is very relaxed, was my favourite place in Mauritius.

Vish has created a very individual and cozy villa where you feel at home immediately and can meet like-minded individuals. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped - also the kitchen, so that you can prepare your own meals. Additionally, you can get great home-made breakfast (yummy pancakes) in the Earth Cafe. Vish does everything to make your stay comfortable. One night he took us to a concert and the next night we played some music together in the cafe. Moreover, it's a quick walk to the beach - definitely one of the greatest beaches I've ever been to. Definitely coming back to stay during our next trip to Mauritius.

The only thing I was lacking was a hair dryer.

We love Sannyasa all the way through. Our arrival was perfect, the owner made sure we can check-in as soon as possible and we didnt have to wait although it was a last minut reservation! We liked the house - interior/exterior is both functional and stylish with a sence for little details with the wide range of supplies in the kitchen. we instantly felt like at home. During our stay whenever we needed an advice or help, Vishal was always there for us. he took us on the tour around the city, drove us to the hospital and arranged covid test and so much more. we had a great time at the cafe and by the pool. Also we recommend to try therapeutical massages, yoga at the beach by sunset and guided meditation. Sannyasa was a gem of our trip and if we will go back to Mauritious there is no way for us to stay somewhere else!!!

Anything we would complain about is connected to weather conditions or it would belong to different price category and it wouldnt be fair towards the place. just 10/10

The best accommodation within our 14days stay in Mauritius for several reasons. The owner was absolutely dedicated fast responding and helpful. He gave us all important information about the beaches and Mauritius which we were not aware of.The accommodation had its own spirit,with no cockroaches:). The equipment of the kitchen was also good,we were able to cook by ourselves there. The best beaches we have visited are located in Trou aux Biches and its neighborhood.

Apartments are nice and comfy. Host is very friendly, helped us all the time and we were treated very kind and cordially even before our arrival. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Wifi connection is really slow. The bedroom was not exactly the same as shown in the pictures (we were expecting to have a big sofa for reading and was 2 little ones).

Vishal the owner is super friendly and helpful. He can help you to get the most of your stay in Trou aux biches. Rooms are good size. Bathroom is clean and there is big shower area. There is a common kichen where you can cook your food.

Vishal was a very friendly and helpful host, the shared areas were large and a great social place. I was lucky to be there during a retreat so paid a little extra for home cooked vegetarian meals, which were delicious. Danis food was exceptional, a real mauritian treat! Local beaches are amazing, along with sunsets & I really enjoyed a day trip around the island organised by Vishal. The good far outweighed the negatives here.

I had chosen sannyasa villa as it was cheaper but also because it had a pool. However, I didn't use it at all as it wasn't clean when I arrived and got progressively dirtier each day! My room was lovely (queen size on top floor) but it was noisy with no soundproofing. I was kept awake at night on many occasions.

Great place, good vibes and next to Trou aux Biches city centre and beaches ! Try yoga course with Vishal, that's great 😉

Vishal could not do enough for us, from taking us to Ile Aux Cerfs, keeping us up to date on the Corona Virus situation in Mauritius, offering to go shopping and take us to the airport. The rooms are fantastic and have everything you need. It's only a few minutes walk from the beach, local restaurants and supermarket

We stayed in Sannyasa vila for 4 nights and were really happy for choosing this place. We had a room for 2 people with beatiful bathroom, comfortable big bad and a lot of space to store our staff. There is a common, completely equipped kitchen, a living room, terrace and a swimming pool. Clean and nice place. There are many shops and restaurants nerby. Moreover, the host is so so nice!

The host was not very welcoming and it was difficult to get hold of him. Very basic accommodation.
