NOUVELLE MAISON!! Magnifique 6 chambres (plus une chambre bonus), 6. Maison de 5 salles de bain située à seulement 1 1/2 pâté de maisons (5 minutes) de la plage et de la promenade. Situé dans l'extrémité nord souhaitable d'Ocean City entre les 3e et 4e rues. Ascenseur privé. Place pour 3 places de parking ... garage pour deux voitures avec une place de parking sur l'allée. Grands ponts enveloppants sur les deux étages. Pont arrière et terrasse sur le toit accessibles depuis le grenier du 3e étage. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain complète. Idéal pour plusieurs familles. Internet haute vitesse et télévision par câble disponibles. Huit téléviseurs, y compris une télévision prête pour console de jeux dans le loft. Balises de plage incluses. Désolé, non fumeur et sans animaux. Désolé, pas de location pour la semaine senior. Les draps ne sont PAS inclus.

We had a great stay at this property for a family reunion. While our group was all adults, this home has perks (high chair, cribs) for young children as well. The elevator was especially helpful for the older adults in the group. We thoroughly enjoyed the large living room and outdoor balcony.
The property manager was super quick to respond to any questions. The location was great- only about a 5 minute walk to the boardwalk and a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the true downtown area which our group appreciated- though we could still walk to the action!
The place could use some fresh paint on the walls as there were many scratches/dirt and the couches could use a deep cleaning. The bathrooms and kitchen appliances were all new and clean which we appreciated.
All in all this is a great place for a large family and we're very thankful for our time here!

This home was in a great location and had nice amenities for a large group! Nicole and Ryan we great hosts. Good communication and wonderful responses to the little stuff that popped up! Highly recommend renting with them!

This was an excellent rental for my group of friends to celebrate NYE at the beach. The house was gorgeous and had plenty room for everyone.

We had a great Thanksgiving gathering at this house with our family, including my 80-yr-old father, who very much appreciated the elevator! The location was great - just a few short blocks to the boardwalk, which we enjoyed even though shops were closed for the winter. We participated in the local Turkey Trot 5K. The house was very spacious for our extended family of 11 people and had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus bright, sunny porches and a bathroom attached to every bedroom. We hope to return for another Thanksgiving!

We enjoyed our time at this beautiful property. The large kitchen island was great for entertaining our extended family. All the decks with furniture on each one was a nice feature of this home. Everyone liked having their own private bathroom. It made getting ready for our sons wedding a lot easier. The location is in a quiet area of Ocean city and it is a short walk to the beach. The owner provided wagons, beach chairs and umbrellas. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property, enjoyed our stay with family from California, Florida, Ohio, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Would love to come back in warmer weather. Location was great and the 50th anniversary at OC Yacht Club was so close. Thanks for sharing your home.

Great space
We had family and friends together for the MS City to Shore Bike Race and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space is great for multiple families. The main family room, kitchen, and wrap around deck were perfect for hosting everyone. Nicole (the owner) was super helpful and communicative through the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location with tons of space!
The property was beautiful, brand new bathrooms in each room. Walk to beach and the boards for the kids. Huge entertaining space with we too full advantage of. Loved it!

Perfect Beach House
We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous house. The location is perfect. Close to the beach. Close to the boardwalk. But far enough away where it isn’t crowded or loud. There is so much room in this house. We had 6 adults and 6 kids and could have had another family come too and it wouldn’t have felt crowded. The house is beautifully decorated, everything you could need is there. The owners were amazing to deal with. I will be back, and I cannot wait!
