Location, very quiet and close to the beach.

Hot tub was amazing. Both bedrooms were very comfortable. Lots of space with separate living room and big kitchen. Great location to explore north Wales. Would definitely stay again.

Loved everything about this lovely bungalow. It's set in a quiet location ideally situated for vists to many local attractions. It's light, spacious, comfortable, and clean with an enclosed garden ideal for pets. Excellent location for the beach and walks. Highly recommended!

Such a great location only a short walk to the beach which was great. The beach was quiet and perfect for the dogs to have a run around. The property was very spacious and had good size bedrooms. The hot tub was perfect and was in a good spot under shelter.

Really liked how open and clean the house was, the hot tub was also a HUGE plus as it was a great way to soak away stress! The area was lovely and within a stones throw from the beach, beds were comfortable and clean and the living room was really welcoming all around a brilliant place to stay in a quiet area in a beautiful part of Wales. Also if you're feeling lazy there are lovely pubs and a great Chinese we ordered from called "yummi kitchen" the owners even provided the menu!! You wouldn't regret staying here, we would happily and probably will stay again!

The only thing that I would consider an issue is I think there was to much chlorine In the hot tub but other than that don't have a bad word I can say!

Not as.good as the owners other property. Missed having the Christmas decorations and other little finishing touches. No first aid box

Absolutely spotless throughout with everything you would need for a break. Hot tub cleaned daily without disturbing your stay. Dishwasher, washer, dog bowl and biscuits. Short walk to the beach, local shops. 5 minute drive either way to Rhyl and Prestatyn. I would stop here again without a doubt.

Garden a bit small On this occasion bungalow seemed dusty in some places which is unusual for these owners

It was like a recycled property from the furniture furnishings, to the kitchen and even the interior and exterior doors. The shower was unusable a big mark in the bath, broken toilet roll holder and towel rail a very slippy floor (not hardwood) no quality. And for someone who has mobility issues it is not recommended. Just add a few cobwebs and it paints a picture.

my son has MS so a bit difficult in areas eg bathroom and seating low especially chairs.

Dog and kid friendly with enclosed and secure garden area.. 5 minute stroll to the amazing dog friendly beach with a long, flat promenade. Hot tub was a bonus, and kids started and ended their days there. The accommodation had everything you need, including towels, bedding, iron, clothes airer etc. Beds were extremely comfy, double bed in master and small double in 2nd bedroom. Lots of supermarkets within a short drive.

the property was in a lovely quiet area close to the beach. house was lovely and clean with good sized bedrooms and a lovely closed in garden for our dog. we added an extra day to our holiday which was hassle free and easy to set up with the owners. we would love to book again in the future.

Location was fantastic, right by the beach. Bedrooms were bright and spacious. Cosy blankets in the living room and the outdoor eating area was just lovely with the hot tub an exceptional bonus. Contact was via booking.com message and clear informative instructions were provided.

The location was great for walking to the beach/ pub and easy drive to centre and other areas of interest. Lovely clean, spacious accommodation. Hot tub was so hot and powerfull, perfect .

The dining table was too low to sit at comfortably due to the chairs matched with it . More comfortable to sit with our dinners on our Laps. The main bedroom, was lovely and bed really comfortable for me but double bed not long enough for my tall partner, but in fairness , we did know it was only a double when we booked it was just such a good price holiday . The duvet wasn't big enough either, would prefer a king-size so not pulling it back and forth!

Beach links is a fantastic bungalow situated five minutes from the beach and superbly situated to visit other parts of Wales, we'll definitely be booking again.👌👌
