Very bad soundproof

It was the most comfortable bed I slept in this vacation. The soft mattress and 2 personal pillows helped me to have a restful sleep. I also appreciate the fact that I had enough heat in the room. The hotel is located right in the shopping area.

Returned to Kitz Boutique Hotel for 3 nights and it was as great as the last time. The hotel is super clean, comfortable and modern, with excellent sleep quality (apart from the nearby church bells ringing early in the morning), super hot and powerful shower and very warm and cosy rooms. It was a great base for our 4 day stay and the bar/lounge area is a lovely space to relax and spend time in and enjoy a drink or 2. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location in Metzingen excellent.

Breakfast is basic - not as many options as you would hope for and for sure adds up if you stay a few days with a few of you on the bill. There are no TV channels other than German ones, so if you are staying on a Sunday (when literally everything in Metzingen is closed), and you don't understand German, you will need your own entertainment to fill the time (and food, as we only found a McDonalds open for dinner and the reception and bar area are closed too).

Staff especially the reception were very personable though a few mishaps on facilities and room cleaning service. Would still come back again for the warmth care and hopefully improved facilities and services next time.

Perfect location if you go shopping. Parking available in outlet area, just few steps away. Easy check in, lovely and helpful staff. Breakfast was very simple, but ok.

You can enter the hotel from the underground car park, but you cannot enter the car park again from the hotel. It is not convenient, because you have to walk around the buildings and look for an entrance to the underground car park. For people in a wheelchair it will be a problem because the entrance to the parking lot is steep.

the hotel was clean and staff were helpful and the location was perfect right in the middle of the outlet.

there wasn’t enough facilities no complimentary water coffee etc..

- Great location for Metzingen Outlet. - Kind staff and really quite place to stay - Paid Car parking was also good to use - Paid breakfast was good quality - trendy and clean

- No fan and air conditioning - a bit tiny room for 2 or 3 pax but enough for one
