The place is ideally located if you are there for visiting the outlet but also for those who are there to visit the greater Stuttgart area. The apartment is fully equipped, clean with comfortable beds and a quiet place.

I can only recommend the place and would book the place again.

Great place, just 5 minutes from shopping zone, friendly and helpful owner, very big, new and clean apartment, free of charge parking place. Probably the best place to stay in Metzingen :)

the weather was a bit hot and their was no mean of any method to circulate the air (fan). their is no elevator so I needed to carry my luggage to the second floor.

Very close to Outlet city, could just walk there. Good parking just outside the apartment.

When the dishwasher or the kitchen sink was using water the shower would not supply hot water.

Nice and spaceful apartment which is on ideal place i you want to go shopping to the outlet as you can walk everywhere. Safety parking in front of the house. Nice owner and sympathetic women who welcome us and we understand everything despite we spoke English and she German.

A bit more furniture in bedroom would be helpfull. At least some small cabinet or dresser or box from ikea:-) There is only one bigger cabinet practically without shelves and no chance to put of somewhere else some clothes. Only on the floor ..

very very nice place, close to the outlet but quiet enough for the sleeping. Besides, a super Tv with Netflix, surprising!
