Clean and comfortable property in a great location to access the beach and wineries.

We really enjoyed our stay. Bed was super comfy as was the couch and a good size TV. Everything was nice and clean except for the balcony which needed a wipe down. Great location with a beautiful beach just a minutes walk away. The only suggestion we have is to have a few mats at entrances/ sliding doors so you can wipe your feet before entering the house.

We throughly enjoyed our stay , very quiet area but restaurants and wineries are very close. Walking on the beach every morning with no-one insight was just ideal . the unit was very spacious and comfortable. my only negative would be that it wasn't really spotless clean as you would expect for the price. we will recommend the unit and would differently come again, also our fur babies loved it.

Took friends over from UK. We all loved the house. Very well equipped. We enjoyed playing games in the evening. Fantastic location.

Great space close to beach

Loved the location, and loved the property but could do with a proper cleaning, front widows were very dirty, and cobwebs in a number of places. A few wasp nests on the outside walls. Will try and stay next year, fingers are crossed for a cleaner place.

I was very surprised on how big the property is, across the road from the beach and quiet street. We would definitely stay again!

We loved everything about this home, the location and the house itself. Great open plan kitchen/living area which opens onto the balcony. Perfect for a bbq. Beach just across the road and a playground and beautiful little forest area. Kitchen was well stocked with the basics. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfy and rooms were a decent size.

We had such a great time here! Such a fabulous location, Eagle Bay is really beautiful. The house is deceptively large, and perfectly located across from a park, and within walking distance of the beach and walking trails. It is fully appointed with everything a kitchen needs to provide for yourself the entire visit. Large bedrooms and bathrooms too. The property is a 10 minute drive into Dunsborough which has amazing cafes and shops. We filled our week visiting the Olive Farm for a delicious breakfast in the meadows, the Lavender Tea Rooms for a stunning devonshire tea, Ngilgi Caves, Yellingup Maze and Mini Golf (and don't forget the Candle Factory as you're leaving), Monkey Business Zip Lining, Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse, and Sugarloaf Rock. I highly recommend walking the trail from the lighthouse to the rock, its 7km return, on paved walkway the entire way, wheelchair and pram friendly. We brought our little fluff ball Pomeranian with us. Beware, if your fur baby fancies himself as Houdini, the back yard gate has horizontal wires with enough flexibility and gap between them that a small dog can climb through. So you may need to stand in front on the gate while they attend to their toileting business to prevent escapees. The back yard is also small rockery (no grass), so if your fur baby believes they are royalty and will only pee and poop on grass, then be sure to bring a sheet of fake grass with you. I purchased a square from Bunnings on my way through Busselton for $18. Great investment! Highly recommend this property, your host Kath is great, and communicated very well. Great price for a great property, which is very secure and has everything you need. I will definitely stay her again.

Lovely location and well stocked with items may require. The contact person was very thorough and helpful. As it was pet friendly I was a bit disappointed there was no lawn for the dogs and we had to put something in front of front gate as our smaller dog could have slipped through the wires - we did take our own board. There are some maintenance issues that should be attended to.

Super experience, loved the layout of property where everyone had space to lounge and enjoy the surroundings. So close to the beach, the sound of the waves and wild life was nice to be nestled in amongst it. Kitchen was amazing! Books galore, games and great sound system. Totally recommend to large families. Kylie P.S. Some downlights in upstairs living space need replacing.

Had a short stay over the weekend with the family and dogs. Pristine house along with the location. Enjoyed it and will be back for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay here, it was just perfect. The house itself is beautifully designed and high spec, and has more than enough to keep everyone entertained (books, films, games). The living area was huge and super comfortable. The location right next to the beach was wonderful, and we enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets each day. Massive thank you to Kath, who was a kind and generous host.

What a beautiful place to stay. We were comfortable with the rooms and facilities, a playground over the road for the kids and the beach a very short walk across the road. Easy to find, a great holiday all around. Thanks Kath and Ash.

The house was luxurious and clean with amazing views from the outdoor balcony. We had two families and two dogs stay and there was plenty of room for all. The dog beach is just down the path across the road. There were also plenty of extras like bikes, a kayak and cricket gear for the beach, and a bookshelf stacked with games and books. Thank you Kath, for allowing us to create beautiful memories.

Smooth operators. The host was super friendly and understanding. Such a lovely home and the vicinity to arguably the best bay on our coast meant we could leave the car behind. Lovely friendly community too, my hubby and baby loved chatting with the locals down on Eagle Bay were the waves are toddler friendly and it’s so easy to relax.

We love staying here at Eagle Bay! A step to the most beautiful beach; watch the sunrise with just the pink cockatoos, enjoy the calm water in the bay with a few locals and their dogs for day fun or sunset relaxing. A lovely apartment with everything you need away from home to relax and accommodating to work as well.

We are return visitors and the location never disappoints. Access to the beach and trails is great and there is so much to do in the region.
