Our favorite apt from our trip to Italy. Great quiet, safe, location walking distance to all the sites. Full apartment with traditional furnishings, ac in each room, full kitchen and laundry facilities. We loved it and felt like we were temporary residents of Venice instead of tourists. Helpful host with clear instructions for entering apartment. Safe area with restaurants nearby and convenient to water busses.

Everything. Quaint cottage charm with every modern amenity. Very very super clean and updated. Unbelievable location and host. The whole entire apt to yourself. The best gelato shop in all of Venice literally right outside the apt. In short everything.

Some mosquitos in summer do fly in if you leave the door open for too long but the host had plenty of repellent plugged in everywhere so not an issue.

Fantastic location and GianFranco met us from the waterbus as promised and was very helpful with lots of local recommendations. Apartment was well equipped & comfortable.

We had plenty of space and all the amenities, loved that there was a washer and dryer since this was the end of our Italy stay. The location was very convenient to the water taxi and all the sights. GianFranco was very helpful recommending restaurants and e planning the transportation.

Very clean, comfortable apartment for four persons. The location is perfect for Venice tour, everything is close to see by walk, on other hand you aro out of crowded centre.

Wonderful location in lovely Dorsoduro. Close to nice bars, good supermarket, and several vaporetto lines. Authentic Venetian feeling to the apartment. Hope to return again!

The location to a vaporetto station( zattere). Easy to go to the train station/ bus station or Venice center. Cozy and clean, detail for breakfast. Friendly and reachable host. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and nice living room

Elegant Venetian house in great location, tucked away but close to Zattere Vaporetto stop.

The host GianFranco is very hospitable and kind, and we were able to drop our luggage at the apartment prior to the check-in. The apartment is very spacious with an equally spacious and well equipped kitchen and is located at a 2 min. walk from a Vaporetto / public water bus station in Venice's hustling Dorsodouro neighbourhood. You might even find yourselves a few treats to munch on for breakfast!

There was nothing that we didn't like! It was a very smooth and comfortable stay in all aspects.

Everything was provided, linen, towels etc and even a small grocery pack. Property was clean and situated in a great position just steps away from very reasonable priced restaurants. GianFranco, our host, met us from the waterbus and took us to the property, which was a couple of minutes’ walk away.

Fantastic apartment in our favourite part of Venice near Zattare. GianFranco welcomed us, and has been incredibly helpful in retrieving and posting some items we left behind in a cafe! The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We had a great stay.

the most adorable apartment and we love it very much. and the apartment is quite cozy and convenient. each room has its own air conditioning. it also has washer and dryer. Steps away is sea. it's close to the best grocery store with delicious croissants. we had a great time staying there.

Great location, wonderful place to stay, perfect for our family of 4. The hosts are wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Really appreciated the breakfast items that they left for us.

The apartment is beautiful. So close to everything and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay there again.

We left the windows open and there were mosquitos. I would recommend making sure the windows are closed at night.

We loved our stay at San Gervasio Apartment. It was very convenient to the vaporetto, and Gianfranco furnished and supplied the apartment with everything we could possibly need. The coffee was a very nice touch.

Loved everything about this appartment and its location. It was in a super spot for visiting everywhere. The appartment was kitted out with everything we could possibly need and even though it was self catering milk, juice, butter, breads and jams were available and left for us, as well as teas, coffee and sugar. Also toiletries were there for our use. It was amazing and literally everything you have at home was there should you need it, from stuff to do the dishes to your clothes washing. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful with information and travel tips and advice.

The owner was friendly and helpful, picking us up from the nearby boat (bus) stop and taking us to the apartment. He gave us excellent advice for sightseeing and was always just a phone call away. The apartment is in the Dorsoduro quarter of Venice, and is well located for an easy walk to St Mark's Square and the Rialto bridge. It is also easy to visit the island of Murano as the boat stop is just a 2 minute walk from the flat. The location is also excellent to view beautiful sunsets while partaking of a Spritz.
