Well equipped kitchen

Dirty bedding stains on what was supposed to be a quilt but was a throw in a duvet cover pillows were cushions with pillow cases on towels were old and tatty no replacement bedding to change. People need to know how many steps there to this property. Nobody Met us very poor communication and didn’t answer any of our concerns

El piso estaba limpio y con utensilios de todo tipo (geles, champú, detergente, sal, café...)

La ubicación que aparece cuando reservas no es la misma que la real. Por decirlo así, te ponen un punto de encuentro con buena ubicación y luego tienes que subir casi al Teide para llegar al apartamento 😑 De primeras creíamos que nos habían timado porque en el punto de encuentro, no hay nada que ponga Mareverde. Recomendable llamar al tlf de contacto!!

Very nice studio equipped with all you need. A lot of mini markets and bars around. 10-15 minutes walking distance from one of the best beaches in Adeje - Playa Fañabé. Nice and spacious terrace. Silent during nights. Alina couldn't meet us, so she advised how to get the keys from the lock box with clear video instructions how to find the studio. But the main resort gate is closed and you have to be lucky to get inside or wait for someone to open the door in order to get in and find the keys. Fortunately during the day there's a lot of people going in and out of the complex, so don't worry about that. Washing machine available. Although there's no parking available in the complex, parking your car is not a problem as there are some free parking lots around and also available spaces on the streets around in 2-5 minutes walk.

Pillows were too thin for our taste and not comfortable. We had to wash some of the coverings/blankets and decorative pillowcases as they smelled bad. Not enough toilet paper (only one roll for 7 nights stay).

Location near bars and restaurants, shops. Spacious and balcony with chairs and table

No communication prior to arrival about checking in or getting keys. despite asking questions by email. Had to ask someone to contact Booking.com to find out what we needed to do and kept waiting a long time to find out about this. Keys were in a lock box. Apartment was in phase 3, which was high up in the complex and had to go up about 50 steps to the apartment, this was not made clear in the description or I would have booked a different one. The beach was not close and it was a steep hill to go down and come back up from the beach, where the better bars and restaurants were. The pubs close to the apartment were English pubs, which is ok if that is what you're going to Tenerife for but not what we like.

Great location

No change of towels or bed linen to use when washing the the ones we had used.

Location is quite good, close to the beach and from F16 we did have a view to the mountains, ocean and pool as well. The nights were silent, so no parties and disturbing or loud neighbors. Big advantage that the bus stop is in front of the resort and a cheapest Dino market is also close by - just over the bridge.

Check-in was really an adventure. Keys in the lock box, but the main Resort gate was closed and we needed to ask somebody to open it in order to get in and find the keys. Owner did not give clear information and also the support was, ok but who cares... Bathroom equipment's very poor and the apartment was dirty - dust everywhere, dirty tablecloth on the table, stinky towels...
