Location

I booked 1 night in modern apartment, but later I made reservation for another one night, separate as the system didn't allow me to make any change in the previous one. Both reservations have been made 2 months in advance. The payment for the first night has been processed without problems, but for the second night was refused and booking was cancelled (there wasn't any problem with my credit card, moreover I haven't received any info from my bank that someone tried to process the payment with no luck so I suppose that nobody even tried to do that). I tried to contact both booking.com and apartment owner by email, but nobody replied. I also tried to make quickly new reservation for the second night, but the site was showing that the apartment is busy. When I called the owner he wasn't able to explain why he couldn't process the payment and told me that infact the apartment is already booked by another person. I find it completely unprofessional. If you don't want to have unpleasant surprises three days before your arrival, better find another place. So did we. I don't recommend this place.
