Well maintained, clean and beautifull worth every RM

The view was spectacular. The check in and check out procedure was really easy and i love it. It was near escape penang, thus was very beneficial for us. I would stay there again if i come to batu feringghi

The elevator was a nuisance as it was malfunctioning when we checked out. We had to use the secondary lift which was very tiny and suffocating as there were many people. We had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator. The management should fix the lift ASAP. Apparently it was not the first time the lift was broken. Secondly, its very important to note that the parking costs RM10 per night. That is quite expensive in my opinion.

cannot lock the toilet door cannot lock the house door. my toddler can easily pull the handle and go out because no lock at all. super dangerous no restaurant with walking distance no shop with walking distance

Great location to town and beach. Bus stop right outside to airport and Georgetown. Lovely pool

No seating around pool. And tv channels not really for UK guests

Near to the beach, near to restaurant, clean, easy access for check in and check out. Provide coway too.

The water heater and the shower - need to fixed the pipe in one of the room. But overall the rest are very good.

Very neat and sweet space with great view and amenities and just across the Shangrila Rasa Sayang. Quick access to private beach.

the location is v nice, located just a walk away from the beach in where u can hv various of beach activities. have lots of available parking too. the room is v clean and highly recommended for family or friends stay.
