The location is near to the centre of Strasbourg.

The kitchen didn’t fulfill our expectations. Kettle smelted. The building seems old and it could be more maintained. The pictures of the appartement on the website look better than the reality.

Comfortable bed, nice kitchenette, good location

Floor was quite dusty/dirty, also despite non smoking policy there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the corridor and sometimes in the room.

Close to railstation and shopping mall "Les Halles", about 10 minutes walk from both Many apparthotels in the area. Wifi is good Self service laundry to fair price, detergent included. Fun fact: there is an escape game location across the street.

The location is great. The staff is thoughtful and friendly! This is a good option for people who want to save money and enjoy the beautiful city of Strasbourg!

For people who are looking for comfort and great facilities, this may not be an option.

The keys were not working and we had to go to the other hotel in the middle of the night many times. The breakfast is not nutritious enough. The flush of the toilet broke, very unpleasant.

Location is good as close to the train station, which is good to visit surrounding areas and to go back to the airport. Luckily no strikes whilst I was there which was a relief.

The c;leanliness as not that great and their was a drain smell in the room, which I had to go down to reception and ask for them to put solution down the drain. Very noisy gusts coming back all hours and making so much noise and lack of respect for guests staying there Hotel did not accommodate and were impolite.

We were in a short walking distance from the city centre, which was great. We had a small kitchen with some appliances, our own bathroom, a comfortable bed and even a desk.

Sadly some water kept coming out of a pipe in the bathroom. The water flow was minimal and manageable, so we didn’t complain much.

I woke up with some thirty bites from bedbugs, no hotel is worth this terrible experience.

Short walk to the Centrale Station. Quite clean.

Kitchenette was ill equipped without cook wares. The elevator was out of service during our stay.

The Location of the Hotel

1- The elevator was out of order since long time (as reception told us) till we left and nobody told us that in advance before we made the booking, we have to use the stairs up and down with luggage and without, and my uncle is 65 years old and the stairs wasn't convenient for him. 2- No change of towels, no change of bed sheets, no cleaning even not removing of the garbage all the time and it wasn't good for us to stay in the same room with garbage for 3 days health wise and hygiene. We need refund for at least 1 night 61,6 €

Shower was broken, lamps weren't working, elevator was broken, room was dirty and everywhere was full of dust and hair, flush tank was half broken

The lift was out of order. We were given one room on the 4th floor.
