.The staff were very polite, helpful and always available when you need them. Most of them are able to communicate in English which was very helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was also good. The hotel was easy to locate and was close to Borispol Airport .
The egg was half done.

Very good location of the hotel. Big, comfortable beds, strong wifi, spacious room. Very tidy place. Cleaning was everyday. There was a fridge in the room. AC and heater working well.
The staff could have spoken some English.

Very beautiful and clean place, staff is amazing - Natalia was very sweet and knowledgeable and made sure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Thank you!❤

Comfortable bed, quite AC, nice view from 12 floor. The stuff is helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. There were a bathrobe and slippers and shampoo and shower gel.
The refrigerator was too loud.

1) There is a choice of 4 different breakfast options. All options are nice and simple.
2) Staff was very friendly. They couldn't speak English and we couldn't speak Ukrainian but they used google translate.
3) Room was a great size and very clean. There is fridge, hairdryer, kettle.
4) Bathroom - was very clean and a lovely touch was that toiletries were provided including slippers.
5) There is a mini supermarket on your doorstep

Perfect for few days!You have everything that you need :clean room,strong wife,safety in the property.The breakfast is almost similar,but enough.Good choice for staying in Kiev!
