appartement très bien situé, parking en bas de celui-ci, et les proprios très sympa. Si vous allez à Gosier cet appart est bien placé et calme. La plage est juste en bas de la copro, 30mètres on recommande fortement

Great location close to the beach. Fairly well equipped. Ready access.

Hard to find parking at times. Very poor communication with the number listed on the description. All kitchen knives are very dull, no serving spoon, no wisk. Toilet broken owner aware but not repaired due to the fact that the model is obsolete. No direction on how to use the cook plate or the TV and owner does not respond for a long time. Cook plate is in look mode. Extra bed is like sleeping on the floor with a metal bar in the middle of your back. Sliding door to the balcony is very hard and no handle from the outside. If it gets closed all the way you need someone inside to open it. Also don't try to use the hand held shower, the house will disconnect and spray every where.

Position, big bed, air conditioning and dehumidifier, sea view, open kitchen (literally "open", on the balcony that can be closed completely if willing), cordiality and availability of the owners.

Nothing I didn't like. It might require a little update in a few years, but it is a holiday home and you got all what you need for a perfect stay.

Lovely sea view .Quiet building, not crowded. Plenty of beach chairs. Walking distance to uncrowded calm water beach and restaurants.

No cushions for the hard plastic beach chairs. Would have liked some cleaning products for the bathroom and kitchen. Strong waves at the property's private beach made swimming difficult there and we were not allowed access to the pool.
