Gorgeous 3 Bedroom/3Bath Condo on the Beach in Playa Hermosa
Situé directement sur la plage à Playa Hermosa, à seulement 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Liberia. Cette villa fait partie d'un complexe de plage de luxe unique, Sol y Mar. Les locations sur la plage au Costa Rica sont difficiles à trouver et, au mieux, rarement modernes et nouvelles. Ici vous avez le meilleur de tous les mondes. Nouvellement construit et achevé en 2007, ces villas de luxe sont de 2400 pieds carrés avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Seuls les matériaux les plus fins ont été utilisés dans la construction. .
Il y a seulement 12 unités totales dans le complexe assurant ainsi le locataire discriminant l'atmosphère de ressource exclusive indisponible dans d'autres complexes. À votre porte, vous trouverez l'une des plus belles plages du «Pavillon bleu» du Costa Rica. Un mile de long, Playa Hermosa est rarement bondé. La plage est à 90 mètres. Construction insonorisée assure le locataire de la vie privée intacte tout à l'intérieur de la villa. Il y a une grande terrasse pour profiter de la vue, prendre un repas tout en cuisinant sur le grill intégré en acier inoxydable.
Le complexe de la piscine est à deux niveaux avec cascade d'eau d'un niveau à l'autre. Il y a un bain à remous pour se détendre. Tant le bain à remous et la piscine offrent une vue imprenable sur la baie de Hermosa et les plus grands couchers de soleil que vous verrez jamais.
Une douzaine de restaurants, à quelques minutes à pied, se trouvent à Playa Hermosa.

We had a fabulous time in unit 2C of Sol y Mar. This was our second stay at this complex and this unit was even better than the first. Has nice updates that include newer living room furniture, white quartz kitchen counters with counter height breakfast bar and remodeled bathroom. The unit was spotless and well-stocked. Beds ver very firm but surprisingly we slept well. As reviewers have mentioned, the beachfront, poolside location convenience can’t be beat! We love this property and wish we could live here! Close proximity to the airport, Rincon de La Vieja rainforest and waterfalls as well as the Papagyo Gulf/beaches makes Playa Hermosa our favorite location. If we weren’t purchasing a property nearby we would be returning to Sol y Mar!

Very nicely furnished and decorated condo! We met the owner who takes great pride in keeping her condo in great shape! Wonderful lady. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a very nice clean beach. Pool area is well kept and furnished. Plenty of beach toys available as well.

We had another enjoyable stay at Sol y Mar. This was our first time at this front unit. It was great to be so close to the pool and beach at the same time. The condo had everything we needed as a family and we really enjoyed our time there. The location was perfect, and walkable to everything we needed for our stay. Thank you again for another wonderful trip to Costa Rica.

My family had an amazing stay at Sol y Mar (2C) condominiums in Playa Hermosa! The house was immaculate, our house manager Gus was extremely responsive, and the location was unbeatable! The beautiful sandy beach is directly in front of the condo with many restaurants and bars in walking distance. The people are very friendly and helpful too. Don’t forget to visit the La Leona waterfall! You will not be disappointed! Pura Vida!

Clean. Well appointed, everything you need. Ground floor, right on the beach. Nice pool. Manager meet us at condo. Had trouble calling and texting them probably was our phones not their fault. Restaurants within walking distance but busy in the evening, need reservations. Very nice place!

Wow. What a great stay. This condo is perfect for a scenic and relaxing beach stay in Costa Rica. The condo has doors opening on the pool and a terrace opening on the beach. We enjoyed sunrise and sunsets which are especially scenic and stunning. The condo location is both very private but convenient. There are several restaurants within a 10-20 minute walk down the beach, and plenty of restaurants, shops, grocery within a very short drive. The condo was clean and well appointed inside, and each bedroom had towel animals on the beds as a fun welcome. The condo is gated and very secure with 24 hour security staff at the gate. The Zindi management company was amazing from the time we reserved through check-out. I really appreciated the additional communications two weeks prior and day of arrival to make that process smooth. Gus, our Zindi Management contact, actually took the effort to meet us at the condo. He walked through the amenities and even took the effort to walk us through a map of the local area pointing our restaurants, grocery, and gas to help orientate us to the area. This really set us up well for enjoying the area. The adventure desk reached out to help with any of our needs. Great service, great location, and great property.

Overall the place is beautiful and rooms, property are very nice. I had a problem with a $500 charge when they said I damaged a cooktop. I was not sure how this could have happened. But felt that I had no recourse after talking with VRBO. I did have two other similar experiences with restaurants and overcharging me in the area. One was restaurant at the end of the beach and the second was family restaurant just to the left of the property.
So while I say the property is beautiful, I would be very careful and take pictures of any appliances or miscellaneous that they might add on to the charge. That seemed like something that happened to "gringos" in the area.
Hopefully I'm wrong and it's just my bad luck. But I would do your own due diligence as well.

We travel to Costa Rica every year. Most of the time staying 6 weeks at a time. By far!!! This was the best place we have ever stayed. Our family was blown away. Will definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed our time at this condo. The condo is well-located right by the beach. There is also a pool with a view of the beach. The condo was incredibly clean and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again.
The only thing that we didn't like was that the property was listed as having a hot tub/whirlpool, but this didn't work the entire time we were there and isn't scheduled to be fixed until October.

Overall the listing represents the property well. The location is good with close access to restaurants and the few other activities located in Playa Hermosa. The property was maintained well and the Zindis group manages things properly. The kitchen had many appliances and utensils, so if cooking on site is your thing you are covered. There also were plenty of beach items and towels if you preferred to soak your toes in the sand. If Playa Hermosa is our destination again, we would surely consider using this property and/or a Zindis group property.

A wonderful condo and location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool was great, the location was amazing. We met great people who helped is coordinate several water excursions. A wonderful vacation.

Quiet beach, great for privacy
All was great for location, including guarded gate for property. Very comfortable with outside space well furnished too. A few little quirks with kitchen appliances, which we figured out. Lots of beach towels available. 1 beach chair and several camp chairs provided for taking to the beach just steps away. Great grill on outdoor lanai. Bathrooms were spacious, plenty of dressers and closets in bedrooms to unpack luggage.

Quiet retreat
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The town is sleepy and we felt safe. The beds were so hard it felt like sleeping on concrete. Our shoulders hurt every morning, The blinds need to be replaced in all the rooms to not let light in. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. Try the Ginger restaurant down the street it wa really good.

Beautiful condo on Playa Hermosa
The condo was beautiful, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed a relaxing stay spending most of our time at the pool and beach. Playa Hermosa is very laid back, not too busy, and was a great spot for younger kids as the waves are smaller.

A great experience! The Sol y Mar 2C was everything it was advertised to be. Clean, safe, and beautiful. Pool was steps away from our condo and most of the time we had it to ourselves. Ocean was in full view of our LR, Kitchen, and master BR. So peaceful. The beach restaurants were in easy walking distance and food was delicious. Luigi is the concierge and I'm giving him 10 stars. Our sink drains were slow and he responded to my text immediately and it was fixed the same day. He also helped book our tours and our rides to and from the airport. (Tico Tours). All great. We will definitely be back with our family.

Sol y Mar 2c was extremely clean and we were surprised on how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc....
The place was so huge our kids couldn’t find us! It was nice being right next to the pool and having a beautiful view of the ocean from the living room. We had some hot water issues in the bathrooms but the property manager was very responsive and took care of it immediately. The area was very convenient with groceries only a mile or so away from the condo and many local good restaurants to choose from in town and on the beach. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and would book it again. It’s perfect for larger families.

Great apartment steps from beach and pool
We spent one week at Sol Y Mar and had a wonderful time. The apartment is huge, very well equipped and with the best location both related to the beach and in the condominium: it's the closest to the pool so you can go in and out like if it was your own private pool and also beachfront: went to sleep every night hearing the ocean sound... Definitely I would recommend for anyone traveling with children.

This condo is wonderful
The location and the condo are fabulous! Close to restaurants, steps from the beach and the house manager Grethen was very helpful. The only improvement I have would be to ensure all the appliances are working. The bedroom TV was not working. I highly recommend this condo and would be back again.

Beach front getaway
We arrived on a Sunday so felt pressure to check in by 5pm. Once there the kids were in their swimsuits and in the water. Great kids beach- they could go behind the waves to play in the water, or play in the waves. The condo almost seemed too big for our family of 4. They had so many great kitchen amenities the. kids preferred eating in. Getting up early to walk the beach is a thing. Sonya the security guard loved talking about the howler monkeys. Loved the beachfront access. Thank you!

Beautiful property right on the beach!
This villa was so conveniently located right on the beach, so super convenient. You wake up and fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing. There are a few restaurants walking distance to have a casual beach lunch and cocktails. But if you prefer to cook the units are well equipped And there is a supermarket very close by.
The property has a beautiful pool and And ample parking if you rent a car.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Would recommend this villa!! Want to come back!!
