We all enjoyed the beach and the walk-to restaurants. Had some issues with hot water but the unit in general was very well stocked, furnished and managed.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. Check in at the office was simple and quick. Perfect location right on the beach made for an extremely enjoyable week. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the unit and it had plenty of "extras" to make our visit that much more enjoyable. Beach chairs, a small cooler, boogie boards and other beach items were on the side balcony. The grill was nice and we grilled out several times. Will absolutely be utilizing this property on our next trip to Costa Rica.

This property was just as described. The unit had everything we needed for our family of five. My wife and I along with our 3 adult children really enjoyed all the amenities. Perfect location , walking distance to a few restaurants and bars. Very clean location and felt very safe during our stay. We made day trips to other beaches in the area and felt that Playa Hermosa was the best beach out of all of them. Would definitely stay here again..

The property was great. Everything was very clean and met our expectations. The check in process was smooth .The complex was not very busy, so most of the time we felt like we were the only ones there. Several restaurants within walking distance made it a convenient location.

We loved the quiet Playa Hermosa with a few restaurants walking distance, but no hub bub of tourist traps. The condo has tons of towels, beach gear, kitchen utensils, etc. Very clean and spacious for the 5 of us. Pool was excellent as well, the kids loved it and within 2 hours of any tour we wanted to go on.

The property was immaculate. The kitchen, pool, showers and beach were wonderful. Would highly recommend and hope to return one day!

We were met at the condo by the property manager to go over maps of the area, including restaurants, grocery stores, etc. He also went over tv instructions. The apartment was in a great location, close to great restaurants within walking distance if desired. It was clean and also very spacious, with six of us staying there. The pool was fabulous. We even saw monkeys in the trees across the street, which was amazing!
The pictures are accurate—beautiful spot, right on the beach.
Altogether, a great trip! I would definitely stay again.

Amazing condo right on the beach. So much room for our family to spread out and easy to come and go from the beach all day. A very stocked kitchen, great laundry and lots of extra beach stuff!

This place was perfect for us. The house manager, Gustavo, walked us through the house and showed everything we needed to know and even took the time to show us on the map all of the possible places we might want to visit.

The location of the condo complex is great! Right on the sand of Playa Hermosa. The water was calm and the beach was not very crowded. Great restaurants on the beach just a short walk from the condo complex (La Casita Del Marisco - amazing seafood dishes). The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals. Groceries were just a short drive down the main road. The third bedroom and bathroom has a separate entrance (perfect for couples). The complex is gated with 24 hour security. The only negative about the place was having to pay $50 for a late check in.

Everything was as described, quiet and peaceful, beautiful beach with warm water and a few nice restaurants close by. Management was very helpful and took care of all our needs. Highly recommend!

This property was right on the beach with access to many restaurants. The pool was amazing with the view of the ocean, and the bay was beyond my highest expectations. The condo was so spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and outdoor grill. I could see myself staying there for months. LOVED IT!

We loved our stay at 4A Sol Y Mar in Playa Hermosa. This was our first time to Costa Rica and we fell in love with Costa Rica. The Villa was very spacious and nice. We loved the fact that we were literally 10 steps to the ocean. We loved heading to AquaSports for lunch just down the beach. Zindis Management and The owner of the property were excellent to work with. The last night we were there one of the kids changed the code on the safe and couldn't remember it and our passports were locked inside. I panicked but reached out to the owner and Zindis and within an hour the property manager was onsite with the master key to get into the safe so that we could have our passports for the last night. It was truly excellent customer service. We will totally be back to Costa Rica and will stay in Sol Y Mar again.

Beautiful condo! Large, spacious, fully stocked with everything that we needed. The pool was wonderful and the direct access to the beach was wonderful. We loved walking to nearby restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend.

We decided to travel over holidays for a change of view and weather in the midst of pandemic. While there were certainly risks in getting there (airplane travel), one we arrived we were able to enjoy the amazing Costa Rican weather and incredible views without any concern. The condo was just as described on the website and suited our family exceptionally well. Our 10 year old slept in the "separate" room and loved having "his very own condo!" The access to pool and beach can not be beat. Can't wait to come back again.
