The house is beautiful and spacious with a nice terrace

Not many parking spaces around, we drove around for a bit till we found one then we had to walk up a steep hill with the bags. The neighbors were noisy.

Very interesting appartment - real historic building with unusual architecture inside.

No way to get there without steep steps and uphill walks. If you have heavy baggage and wzlking on feet - better consider another place. But if you fit enough to carry bags in long staircases - you are perfectly fine.

rejected me payment 3 times, then one hour later, while I had made another booking. showed me 3(!) identical confirmations and 3 charges for their place! refunded me only 2! waiting for the third reimbursement.

The location and the house itself are good although very steep hill by foot to reach property not convenient for anybody with mobility issues.

We arrived at property to check in shortly after 16h only to find that key weren't in the box, it turned out that the property was already occupied as there had been some mix-up with reservation and they had taken the keys and entered the house, had a shower taken a nap etc. - we were obviously furious after having travelled for hours and dragged suitcases up a very steep hill to get there - we had to leave and return an hour later so occupants had time to leave...really quite unacceptable!!!! Although property contact was apologetic, to add insult to injury were were told when we had to check out there was nowhere we could leave our suitcases until we had flight later that evening...I mean, unbelievable!!! Anyway my lower scoring for property is for this really unacceptable mismanagement of check-in that caused us terrible inconvenience (previously occupants then stalked house for hours while smoking under window which made us feel understandably uncomfortable) without gesture of compensation of any sort being made worse by then not ever have anywhere to leave our suitcases until evening flight on day of check-out!

Lovely place, clean, had everything you needed, and had character. Excellent location. The roof-top terrace was fantastic. Great value for money.

We loved our stay at the Casa Historica San Sebastian. The historic setting of the property was gorgeous and its located close to everything. The property was beautiful inside and out and the well equipped roof terrace was simply stunning with views of the sea and the pretty square and church of San Sebastian. Also owner Jose was really nice and very helpful. We hope to return one day.

- Very good communication with the host / great responsiveness - Easy self check-in/-out - Located in the old city - The apartment has a great potential… but would deserve a revamp/refresh

- Soundproofing isn’t goof and is a concern for a good night of sleep - Quite dusty here and there - Lightning is quite poor The apartment could be improved greatly with a few minor changes.

This place is a real gem. Centrally located in the beautiful old town, nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. I can only recommend it!

The key pick-up was very easy, the location of the place is fantastic, the place itself is super cool and interesting! TV/ internet works well. Two great bedrooms.

Poor parking facilities, poor floor cleaning, the terrace on the top floor could be much nicer! It is a great outdoor space in bad condition (not clean, seating area looks really bad and this green grass looking carpet is really bad - sorry!), with a little effort could be looking much more amazing. :)

The Roof Terrace was great, with sea views and very large. The communication with the owner was very good, friendly host.

The old door is a real problem. It doesn't close properly. I'm a small person, and I had to push myself against the door with by whole body weight and strength several times (quite painful!) to be able to close the door from inside. That was very stressful.
