not flexible at all with the cancellation and they don’t offer a voucher for cancellations. so I had to give away the reservation to colleague, since all cases in losing the money!

Great location and could walk to everything. Check in and out was super easy and the host was very friendly and informative. The unit was very clean and secure. Using WhatsApp made it very easy for an American to stay there. Free parking for my rental car was a short distance away. I love the city and people of Anzio!

Very friendly host and she was so helpful arranging car transfer from fumincino airport to Anzio. All very convenient with a key box, so despite arriving late we were still able to visit our favourite restaurant nearby.

The apparent is very dark, even with windows open. It's more tunnel than Appartment. Maybe in summer it's different, but in January it is awful

In wintertime(november) the outdoor terrace&patio weren't sunny/warm enough so spending time only indoors in the apartment. Not really a problem since the apartment is very cozy but quite windowless.

A very cozy, stylish, newly decorated and modern apartment. Beautiful design and thoughtful colours. Good beds, bed linen, comfortable couch with cushions and an open kitchenette with all amenities. Shower & toilet working very well. Location very central, supermarket Tigre 5 minutes. Piazza Pia, the cathedral, the port and the seaside front with many restaurants around the corner. There are large sandy beaches on both sides of Anzio. The apartment has two small furnished outside areas. It looks like a small backyard cabin but inside it's a complete little flat. The Landlord family is super nice and helpful. They also offered a good transfer from Fiumicino to the flat in Anzio.

The snake in this paradise was the renovating work in the flat upstairs. The drilling and banging started every morning before 8 when we were there 23.-27.10.18. This is of course not the fault of the apartment :-) The location has not much sun.
