The breakfast was generous and good quality. We enjoyed it on the terrace overlooking the sea, an ideal spot to have it.

Nice accommodation for couples, near the city centre. Stuff very helpfull.

The apartment has seen its best days. The kitchen equipment is outdated. We were not told anything about the water outage and it was unpleasant to arrive at the apartment and find that the toilet could not be used. We booked a visit for five nights and two rolls of toilet paper were reserved for two people! It's ridiculous to have to ask and get more yourself. Cleaning did not come despite the request, probably because I don't speak Italian. There were ants running around in the bathroom and the plaster was falling off the ceiling. I am very sorry to write such a bad review. Not worth the price! We signed in and went to the room. After a while, it started raining whatsapp messages about when we are going to arrive, etc. Information does not pass between people. It felt like we weren't judged because we don't speak Italian.

It was unfortunately very disappointing. Nice location on the beach, and a beautiful view to the sea. However, I was plagued by mosquitoes, and received numerous bites every night. I had an apartment where all the rooms faced the sea, it was nice, but all the rooms were small and cramped. The apartment is worn and very old-fashioned, it had no balcony, no internet, the mattress was thin and hard, and the kitchen equipment was very inadequate and old. The staff were very nice, but this is a place that has run out of time and it was much more expensive than much better hotels in the center of Anzio that I moved to. The area is a wasteland with a lack of restaurants and shops. It is relatively far to walk to the center of Ansio. I'm sorry to write such a bad review, but I owe it to other travelers.

The hotel’s location is right above the beach with both elevator and stairs to the beach. it has hotel rooms and apartments.

Everything was perfect!

The location is pretty good and the staff is super friendly. The rooms were clean and we felt it is the best value for what we paid.

There was discrepancy between information and reality. There was no coordination between the staff members that resulted in long waiting for the room. Over all behaviour of the staff not very professional. Apartment is very small. The position is excellent in respect of the sea.
