the property was very nice good layout a little quirky, the gardens were quite extensive with pear trees and lawns, very quiet a good distance from the road,

would have been nice to have a bus service into Market Rason

the studio was very clean comfortable bed really quiet area a really get away from it all place to stay

it was hard to find in the dark but thats just a opinion i have nothing to complain about my stay

The place had the basic facilities as shown on the web site. The rooms were large enough. Towels and sheets were provided.

The stairs were very tight and made them difficult to use especially as the shower room was downstairs. The rooms were not clean and dog hairs were in the main room, though we did not take a dog with us. Bed was lumpy and the memory foam had lost its integrity. Many cooking trays etc were in poor condition which put off us cooking. Key safe was not very well lit making late arrival hard to open.

Excellent location and accommodation, 5 minutes from the nearest town. The property was clean, comfortable and ideal for couples. Gardens are huge and amazing fruit trees. Host friendly and pleasant but not imposing. Looking forward to returning.

The spiral stairs take a bit of getting used to but added to the charm of the accommodation, very difficult to think of anything negative

The property is very spacious with everything you will need on site to support your stay. The bed & bedding was comfortable, and the towels were of a very high standard. Both the bathroom and kitchen were of a high standard. The location is quiet and peaceful. The communication about how to access the property is clear, and the whole process was very efficient and didn't require any manual intervention from the hosts.

I had a small issue with the hot water, that were we able to resolve through a phone call to the hosts. They were apologetic and attempted to fix the issue immediately, unfortunately we didn't have time to wait for the water to get hot, but before and after this incident we had no issues either with the water or the rest of the property. I used my 4G on my phone as opposed to the WiFi as i found this gave me better coverage through the property but this is just a personal choice.

The house was very well equipped, a comfortable living room, beautiful bedroom and lovey and warm. Friendly owners. The coast is less than 30 minutes drive and there are a number of walks you can do directly from the house. We had a great 5 days.

A beautifully decorated Home from Home. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need & more. Very peaceful in a outstanding location. We had a really relaxing warm & cosy break. Great location for Lincoln, the coast & lots of little villages. We enjoyed lots of long woodland walks with our little dog Wilma. Hopefully we will be back soon
