Disponibilitatea personalului, am rugat să ne facă un ceai şi ne-a ajutat imediat doamna de la recepţie.
modalitatea de check in şi check out foarte facilă, cu cardul de cameră lăsat la recepţie.
Curăţenie în cameră, periuţe de dinţi de unică folosinţă, papuci de interior de unică folosinţă, foarte utile toate când eşti în tranzit într-o călătorie.

Not a place to explore Bucharest, but I already knew that. Good for an airport starting, especially if going or returning to Transfagarasan.

It was an unexpected location but in a very very quiet location. The breakfast served was amazing and the host even made us some fresh warm dessert cake! The decor is beautiful and extremely clean. They were very accommodating even though it was a late night last minute booking. The rooms are unique and we loved staying here very much.
The room was very warm and we tried to turn it down but couldn’t figure it out. We also didn’t try very hard.

the rooms were spacious and modern, there is a large parking, very close to the airport.

The hotel is pretty new so most of things were clean and fixed in place. The beds were comfortable, I didnt see any safe. The parking was close on floor level. The reception clerk was very nice. We didnt have time for breakfast, but it was cheap (35 lei per person).
Some of the things weren't fixed to the wall, there's no hanger for the towels, or the clothes. There were only 3 little bottles of shampoo and shower gel combined, and only one key card for each room (we took 2 rooms, one with 3 beds), so when my son fell asleep and we couldn't wake him, we didnt receive any help because there was no one at the reception or answering the phone, a d we had to improvise to Get into the room.
