I specifically chose this property only because of the location to Baga beach and its affordability.Accomadation in Goa generally is overpriced.
The property was basic- didn't feel like a hotel. We were so fortunate to be given a bigger room .Breakfast order menu was good . Rest of breakfast needs an upgrade. cakes and pastry were so bad.
BEAWARE of taxi scams- overcharge tourists. I paid Rupees 700 for a 2km ride in a filthy cab without A/C.
Please clean the pool area and revamp the area around the pool. It's not inviting at all.
Chef needs baking classes.

Really friendly and nice staff!! This was our fifth hotel in India and by far the nicest staff we have met. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, and also for the little surprises for Holi and Women’s Day.
Rooms are clean, cutely decorated, quiet, have awesome views (especially the sunrise is fantastic!), great working shower, and the bed is very comfortable. Special shout-out to Vishwajit at the reception - thank you for a lovely check-in experience and our upgrade!
Breakfast is delicious — compliments to the chef Ankita, who prepared delicious dishes for us! The buffet items also changed on a daily basis, which was nice to not have repetition.
Pool was also very relaxing, and we especially loved the four-poster chill beds and book selection.
Can only highly recommend this place!!

the staff made my staff exceptional from the minute I arrived rupesh and the team looked after me. each and every member of the team were respectful, kind and treated me like a family member or best friend. preeti, Saisha, harry, the chef were very kind and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as easy and stress free as possible. they definitely should be acknowledged for all the hard work they do to provide an exceptional experience for their customers. I will be recommending this hotel to all my friends that come to visit goa. really a big thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Situated in a good location with great view of the river/backwater … exceptional hospitality and service … the staff here are meticulous with their hospitality.. Overall the property is great place to stay. The property is also located amidst all popular beaches like Baga, Anjuna , candolim … within the range of 2-4 km .. A good place to stay for couples as well.. If you are headed to Goa and want memorable hospitality experience head to the Park Baga river
The property is slightly old and it shows in the washroom flooring and the walls… the sheets and the couch could have been much cleaner … lot of stains on the couch … The sheets can be more cleaner than they are now

The worst thing to find when you like everything about your hotel is they have very small menu, a small breakfast spread and no good food.
Even after booking breakfast we had to go out for breakfast everyday.
It was very disappointing.

The rooms are actually big, spacious and nice for the price. We stayed in their corner suite which had a bath tub and a very nice river view. We booked this place because another hotel cancelled on us but i was very happy after staying here. I felt very safe as a lone woman so i extended my stay in the same hotel. Mr Vishwajeet patiently explained everything, showed us the room and helped us with taxi services and other guest queries and needs. The staff here is extremely courteous and they keep checking on our comfort. Mr Sumit in the dining team was also very sweet and the chef (Ankita?) makes it a point to come to every table and check with guests who are dining. The rooms were very clean and Mr Vishwajeet gave us an upgrade in the room. That's very kind of the hotel team to do so.
The breakfast spread is nice and they do have a live counter.
I think the only thing that could have been better is the proximity to the beach and eating options in the menu are slightly limited for beverages etc.

The staff all very friendly and polite. Praveen (GM) very helpful and guided me through the hotel. The other members of the hotel, Rupesh (FOM), Sumit & Prity (Restaurant), and finally Sonham & Balram (house keeping) were great and I
am very grateful for the services they provided during my stay.
Finally best hotel in Goa for the independent traveller like me from abroad.
