well, the photos and the website is very deceiving arrived there and nothing was like I was excepting rude staff, dirty property, everything was rubbish !!! please do not book this place 🙌🏻

Not at all

The resort is on the busy road and hard to find , the staff are ok and don't speak too much in details about the hotel or not welcoming at all , the rooms are basic cleaned and full of cobwebs on the wall , furniture were broken , cupboards can hardly open, the worst is the toilet facilities which is full of dust and sands , outside swimming pool is very small and full of chlorine in the ater which makes you feel sick if you stays longer than usual, no lifeguard on duty at all in any days , breakfast is basic 3 to 4 items and it keep repeating alternative days and not fresh tbh..There si very tiny road leads to resort which is very much hard for big family cars to get into and there is no parking available on the property. For all facilities, you need to keep reminding them to clean and change it.

The pool was beautiful, All the staff were very friendly, hospitable & supportive.

The bathroom was very dirty, dusty such that I felt dirty to touch the window latch to open the window, the soap dispensers, toilet roll holder, taps were dirty with old soap scum, The tiles grouting was moldy & wasn't washed in months, The shower curtain was filthy & moldy from halfway to the bathroom - not washed in months, The toilet didn't flush properly, There was no hot water available for us the shower in the morning and at night, for one day. I don't believe the cost of the room was value for money.

The location!

The rooms are out of date and it looks dirty. We were not able to use a credit card to pay for our stay, we had to withdraw cash to pay and we are limited as to how much cash we can withdraw per day. This is very inconvenient. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel.

The hospitality as well as the ambiance was exceptional.

The only thing that we felt a little unusual was their pool timing as they didn’t allow guest to use the pool after 6 pm which is quite unusual for a Resort like this.

I like breakfast and maker of breakfast. Such a nice person he is.
