Dirty bedding in both upstairs bedrooms

It was on a wide open property

When we arrived we could not figure out how to light the fireplace. we called the number given on the instructions page. The operator took down info and said someone would get back to me. It never happened. After a bit of struggle we finally figured it out. The cleanliness of the unit was sub par as I found a dirty towel and Kleenex under the bed upstairs in room with fireplace. I was even unsure the sheets were clean so I washed them before I would sleep on them. When I first read about the property on air bnb it was listed as a whole house and not multiple units. I felt that it was a bit deceptive advertising.

Quickdraw's group of cabins is in a very convenient location for Yellowstone and a moderate 2h drive to the Tetons, plus the open fields surrounding are amazing for sunrise/sunset!

The place desperately needs to be updated and is not all that tall-person friendly (5'5" or taller) The shower head sits at 5'8" high, which means I have to bend down quite a bit to wash my head The sinks are only 3 feet off the floor, so you have to lean pretty far down to wash your hands. The carpets were a bit dusty/bothered all of our allergies/need a deep shampoo and scrub. The fan in the lower bathroom didn't work, so the shower was really stuffy. The place is mysteriously hot every evening, (yes, the baseboard heaters were off/supposed to be) The downstairs bed really is rock hard Only 2 stove top burners actually worked properly Lamp on the left side of the master upstairs is missing a knob Needs a humidifier, the whole Yellowstone region is so dry compared to the Tennessee wetlands Problems: The upstairs hot water heater is broken, 5 mins of hot water max Dryer vent is broken, found that out on the last day Drink cups are sparse/cracked/not enough to handle a day's worth of coffee/juice/wine for more than 5 people Internet service is dependent on the tech aura of Macgyver to work,
