beautiful setting!!!

It could have been a lot better. It was the 'tiny' room, but there were no hooks! And the cabinet was unable to be opened, there was no counter in the bath, the shower was strange, and a plastic liner on the bed with no pad. The location is fine for fishing, but over 10 miles from West Yellowstone, not easy to find. I liked the outlets in the ceiling, but not the coat-hangers 8 feet over the walkway.
It was as if someone started the 'resort' and then sold it to someone lazy who was running it into the ground. With a little work, it could be much nicer, more charming. Currently, I do not recommend it.

It was pretty clean.
It was advertised as a cotage it was a 4 plex. No real parking. The beds are truly torture to sleep on. No one got much sleep. No one ever brought new towels or trash bags. The porch lights were on all night No blinds or anything to block out the light. Was disappointed. It was overly expensive.

Friendliness of staff, beautiful area, very helpful. Great place!
Very little! We did notice the hot tub needed emptied and cleaned.

Was on a road trip with my wife for 2 weeks and we've stayed in multiple hotels, this place was the most expensive and the most disappointing. The room was so tiny, freezing cold at night, the thermostat was just for show and didn't make a difference to put on high or low, the bed was uncomfortable and the bath towels were so cheap and thin. For almost 200$ a night I would expect I little more comfort!!

So much Wildlife! We were able to book a room with 4 full size beds for less than 2 rooms in a hotel. Friendly laid back atmosphere. The lake!
Decor and furniture could use a revamp.

This was perfect for me and my spouse! We booked a mini cabin and while it was small it was exactly what we expected and needed. The location was absolutely beautiful! We were out this way to hike and enjoy wildlife and the cabin was great for a minimalist and had so much extra comfort. The wifi works great, charging outlets everywhere, a TV, and the heat is great as well.
The only thing we wish was better was the bed. We fell asleep fine but staying asleep was difficult.

Cozy Room , Clean and Neat with Hot water
Too far from Yellowstone and almost wasted hours driving in and out

The location of this property is wonderful, and the accommodations were clean and cozy.
we had to book this on very short notice during a busy holiday weekend and the staff was very accommodating.
I would recommend this place to friends, and will look forward to future stays.
unfortunately, the property was severely understaffed for the holiday weekend which made an impact on the quality of service.
and the the bed was not very comfortable.

The property was gorgeous with a beautiful lake to walk to. Fire pits were provided, covered porches and our own parking spot
The beds were hot and uncomfortable and the furniture in the living and dining rooms were outdated. Our coffee pot had a crack in it and coffee ran all over the counter.

They had a laundry facility down the hall from our room so we were able to do laundry in the middle of our big road trip.
It did not seem like there were enough parking spots for the amount of rooms they have. It also had just rained and there were many puddles, not great for our car.

Great place to stay, close to Yellowstone and other sight seeing places
Laundry room was small and there was only 1 washer and dryer available, not enough towels supplied for a family of 5, still it was a wonderful time

The lake is beautiful. It is quite and away from the city.
The place is very old! This is not a resort, it looks like a junkyard. The beds in the complex were old and uncomfortable. The blankets were so old... they look like old rags. The bed comforters were stained and dirty. The room smelled funny. The staff especially the manager was rude. The place looks abandoned. I will not go back.
Hotels around West Yellowstone are expensive in summer and hard to find. But I feel that the owners of this place take advantage of that precisely to give you crumbs for your top dollars.

It was very beautiful place. My kids really enjoyed the area and the cabin. It was about 20 minutes to the Yellowstone entrance.
We were told it was a full kitchen, but there was no cookware, so we had to go buy overpriced cookware to make our meals. They did offer to lend us cookware but I was not trying to put anyone out so I bought some and left it there so that the next person may not have to go through the same issue.

This is a very basic accommodation, with only one small window to the cabin
