location is perfect, one block from malecón. you have a sea view from one of the rooms and living room we were in the third floor, the place was spotless clean. it was perfect with everything you need,!you literally have a convenient store across the street its close from everything. plenty of towels even beach towels. and even a five gallon of water. very comfy beds

the only thing I don’t like is that they don’t come back and clean like in a hotel. but the cleaning ladies are very nice I’m pretty sure they would do it if you’d ask

Location Condo was extremely comfortable and in a great location with on site parking. Thoroughly enjoyed our 6 nights there. Highly recommend.

Super clean, modern, huge, and in a perfect location. OXXO and a supermarket are within one block. As is the ocean and male con.

There is a lot of noise transfer from outside. Dogs barking on and off through the night, and construction during the day. Only thing they could have done differently would be to use better windows. Bring ear plugs if you need to!

Close to the bus station, good restaurants and store.

Great layout and furnishings. Spectacular view of the Sea of Cortez. Easy walk down to the Malecon, steep hill on the walk back. Like the onsite parking being secure. We had unit #5 which I feel has the best view. Just have to walk up three flights of stairs.

Extremely noisy. Doors are not solid so you hear everything from outside. Traffic (cars & trucks), dogs barking and adjacent rooms moving furniture around at 2:00 in the morning. Makes it hard for a good nights sleep.

Wonderful location morning views of the ocean. Staff is friendly. And a market across the street.

Neighbors dogs barking all night( but guess you can never help that) I still would rent again here

The location is great

A/C in all rooms, friendly staff, nice decor, centrally located, cookware, washer/dryer, parking. Had everything we needed. Very clean complex. Felt safe.

Would have appreciated having a mirror in the bedrooms.

Good location

The main door to the apartment made lots of noise due to the wind, we placed objects in front but noice kept happening, I had hard time falling asleep due to the noises

The place was fantastic! It's super-well designed, equiped, and located! We were lucky to get a room on the 3rd floor with amazing sea view. The communication was great too.
