I like that we bad a daily breakfast voucher but when checking in we were never informed of this till we randomly ate breakfast there. I also loved the location very close to everything we needed.

Very misleading from the lady at the front desk. She tried to get more money from us when we asked to pay in dollars with our card. Not cool to try and scam us. The music is also loud and from 8am-11pm daily. It was a nice playlist but still.

What an amazing place! I'll just get straight to it: The rooms are so modern, clean and nicely remodeled, the location is incredible, and the staff is SOOO friendly and helpful (and I was kinda crushing on on of the girls there 😅). Anyways, just such a great place to stay. They could charge even more and I would still go there. They have music playing in the courtyard that we all loved. Mix of like modern electronic sort of vibe. Loved it. The place is very secure as well. They lock the front gate at night and you have a key of your own for your own room as well as the front gate just in case you stay out late. We were out till 2am on a couple nights so I'm glad we had that main gate key haha. The area is very safe, just in case anyone is wondering. La Paz is just full of happy friendly people. The drivers are so polite and always stop to let you cross even if you aren't in a cross walk. I legitimately might move to La Paz lol. I loved our stay there so much.

I wish I had some constructive feedback, but the truth is there was nothing wrong with our stay. Everything here was absolutely perfect.

We had a sea view suite. The room was very comfortable and larger than expected.

The sea view suite was extremely loud from street noise and performers late into the night. Like EXTREMELY loud. It was impossible to go to sleep before at least midnight. The hotel needs to do something to be sound proof the suites. I met another woman who was wearing noise canceling headphones to sleep at night. For how expensive the room is this isn’t acceptable.

Beautiful suite. Location amazing. Very nice front staff who held our bags one day while we went on an excursion.

We were not informed that carnival would be happening and it was so so loud. Made it very difficult to sleep. This really should be told to guests when booking. We paid a lot for our beautiful room with a million people on the street below. This really is a beautiful place with very nice people. We would stay again just not on the balcony during carnival. However, we just joined in the fun and used ear plugs!

We stayed in room 6 and loved it, from comfort to size to the balcony it was amazing! The front desk staff were such a pleasure to talk to always had a welcoming smile. We would come back.

I think the room could be cleaner especially the shower.

This hotel is just lovely, and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. It's centrally located in the middle of all the seaside activity in La Paz and yet a quiet, clean refuge once you walk into the courtyard/lobby. We got a two bedroom suite which was actually on three floors, which was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting La Paz.
