The property and location were sensational. We had a really relaxing time and cannot praise the accommodation, cleanliness, and location enough. Mark who met us was helpful and friendly and then left us unless we required anything, which we did not. 5 star all the way.

Beautiful location and great for a little break with our own space. Didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Would stay again.

Bathroom counter is looking a little worn.

There were no positives to comment on. this was our second stay here following a successful first trip, but we experienced a completely different experience

1. owner was not easy to communicate with in terms of accessing the apartment 2. sewage smell throughout in the bedroom and bathroom during an our stay. we complained to the owner but the response was that there was no smell which was ridiculous. The smell was intensified following showers/tap use. 3. toilet flush was not working and did not stop making noise. 4. the owner stated they had a look at the property whilst we were not there and said no issues were identified. when we returned, all the issues remained.

Stayed here previously. Very clean, quiet and secure and perfect for my needs.

Can be difficult to find at night.

Keys should have been in the door but eventually someone came to give us the keys. It's a lovely quiet location. Be prepared for narrow twisty lanes.

I stayed here with my grown up children for a few days. Really lovely, clean property. Excellent facilities, well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms.Country setting, beautiful views and great walks. Close to Malden town so lots to do. The only negative is the neighbours beneath the apartment. They were rude to us twice, complaining that we made noise and accused us of wearing shoes in the apartment, neither of which was true. Very confrontational people which made us uncomfortable. Such a shame as the apartment is very comfortable with lots of character and well thought out. However, the unreasonable neighbours would prevent us staying again.

The Kitchen was well equipped and the Sofa's comfy, the area was also very quiet.

The Bed was too hard for us.

We liked the quietness - great for sleeping with windows open! Very well equipped accommodation, with a high standard of fixtures and fittings in the kitchen. Great having a washing machine. Lovely setting, comfortable bed, very friendly and helpful contact for the property.

There was nothing we didn’t like really, but we did find the ‘no shoes’ policy (although understandable to some extent) a real nuisance for fetching things from the car, etc. However, there are two things I’d suggest to make the accommodation even better: first, better towels. The small bath towel size (not bath sheet) was surprising, given the quality of everything else), and they were thin. Second, the position of the ‘dressing table’ and mirror makes it hard for one person to use the mirror and another to move around the room, dressing for example. The plug for hairdryer is a long way from the mirror, and the mirror is low. A full length mirror on the wall near the plugs by the window might address that issue. We noticed it because we had to get ready for an evening out in a bit of a hurry and we struggled a bit because of these little issues. But unless you used the room you wouldn’t know about it, as the room looks lovely. Hope that is helpful, though.

No phone signal and the WiFi was as good as useless but we wasn’t there to be on our phones but would not helpful when trying to contact people to make arrangements etc
