** La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et les autres chambres disposent de 3 lits queen size et d'un lit double. Nous disposons également de 3 lits pliants (répertoriés comme lits jumeaux dans chaque chambre) pour pouvoir accueillir de grands groupes.
** Toutes les salles de bain complètes sont chauffées au sol et la salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à vapeur.
** La cuisine est entièrement équipée pour la cuisson. Elle est équipée d’une cuisinière commerciale et d’un grill sur le pont.
** Wifi partout, Youtube TV, Smart TV et consoles de jeux dans les principaux espaces de vie. Nous avons une Nintendo, une Sega, une Super Nintendo, une Nintendo 64, une PlayStation 1 et 2 et plusieurs jeux à jouer sur une configuration à trois téléviseurs!
** Nous avons des jeux de plein air pour votre usage, y compris Corn Hole, Yardzee et Ladder Toss. Il y a aussi des tables pliantes supplémentaires pour les réceptions en plein air et beaucoup de mobilier d'extérieur pour vous.

Our family 2024 vacation was a success. First, we had safe travels; second, no unexpected events. The home we chose this year was beautiful beyond words. Conveniently located. Our granddaughters are already looking to return next year.

We have stayed all over the world, and this home and owners are in my top 3. Best stocked, comfortable, gorgeous.. they thought of everything! It is exactly like the description and pictures… location is perfect as well. The outdoor rooftop patio we used all the time. The beds were the most comfortable we have slept on. The views are amazing! Everything is perfect about this house!

Our family loved our stay! Our kids (ages 6 & 3) loved the video games and that there were toys and books in the bedrooms. The whole family loved the hot tub and the full kitchen to cook meals. It was also nice to pull right into the garage and park for the night. Communication with the hosts was very easy and they were quick to respond.

The house was exactly like the posting. Checkin and check out was easy. Great communication with the owners. This house had everything we needed and much more. Highly recommend this home. It is a great location to go on various day trips like Devils Tower, Mt. Rushmore, Spearfish Canyon, etc.

We stayed here with family and the location was perfect. Close to the interstate and town. The house is stunning and kid friendly. This house worked out very well for us. The only thing I would warn people against is if you have a low-ride van or regular car you can't get into the driveway. The stairs in the house would also not work well for anyone with mobility issues.

You will NOT be disappointed with this beautiful property! The owners are the absolute kindest hosts we’ve ever rented from. Communication was top tier. The checkin & checkout process could not have been any easier. They’ve put so much thought into stocking the home with items- from games to kitchen items- if you could need it, it’s there. Very clean in a nice neighborhood and convenient. We will definitely be back!!

My husband and I stayed just the evening here but it was such a beautiful property. So much space and so many entertaining pieces to the home. The owners were very communicative when we had questions and the next time we are in town here we will definitely be booking through them again! Thank you for the great hospitality!

The house was wonderful. We enjoyed the relaxation and quiet neighborhood as well as stunning views from the patio. The hot tub and steam shower was amazing. All the amenities and a convenient location to all the fantastic things to do in Spearfish!

The home was very comfortable and had spaces for fun, food, and family-- and places to get away from all those things too! Beautiful neighborhood and we found Spearfish to be a great town with some of the best restaurants we've enjoyed in the state!

Very big house with lots of space. Excellent views from the roof top deck. Very quiet neighborhood. Biggest downfall is the very steep driveway and lots of stairs. Host was very good on communication.

This home was exactly what our family needed to get away from city living for awhile. Spacious with room for everyone to have their space, yet great for gathering together-whether inside or out. Will definitely visit again, the views alone were beautiful. Thanks for being such fabulous hosts!

We had a great stay here in this large house, which was perfect for family while we attended BHSU events. The kitchen was awesome and the large open living room/dining room fit our needs. The outdoor deck was really nice too. Only complaint would be the steep driveway, and I could not imagine it in winter. Both Ryan and Lucas were great with communication.

We had an amazing stay! The home was spacious, clean, and had so many amenities. From board games, coloring books, and video games, to the amazing bathroom with heated floors and steam shower. There was more than enough space for the 10 of us. The roof top deck was a favorite, and the large kitchen was great for meal times. The owners were quick to respond and very helpful when our door code accidentally changed. 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We have been doing rental houses for a few years, and this might be the best one we’ve ever stayed at. Our boys love the house, and everything was comfortable and unbelievably clean. The patio had just amazing views of the area.
Owner was always in contact, and super friendly, and always there to help.
I jokingly hope you don’t read this, so this house can stay our hidden gem. 😀

Wonderful location and great for pets… good neighborhood w sidewalks for walking them… pretty clean and lots of space… perhaps updated mattresses would be next for owners but overall great experience and perfect location for experiencing Black Hills and all attractions nearby!!!

Great house for large family. We brought our grown sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren. Everyone loved the “game room.” House is close to shopping and attractions but far enough from city lights to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Spearfish is a nice town and Spearfish Canyon is majestic. Great house to enjoy the Black Hills. Owners are very responsive. Thank you for making your home available. Great, memorable family vacation for our growing family.

Beautiful home, well stocked. Soap, shampoo and cleaning suplies available. Wonderful coffee bar, lots of spices and utensils. Manager was very friendly and helpful. We had a wedding to attend and other family visited and deck was roomy for us all

Overall beautiful home home with an amazing property manager who responds to questions immediately. Only downfall was freezer was not working which we reported. We also couldn’t get the gaming systems to work so kids were disappointed. There was plenty of room and space for all 7 adults and 2 kids. Location is in a quiet subdivision within good driving distance from vacation destinations sites such as Mt Rushmore and Devils Tower.

We only stayed one night with our group of students on their year-end trip and they loved it! The house was spacious yet comfy. Bedrooms were perfect and the master bathroom was amazing! The host is wonderful with communication. Definitely will book whenever in the area and if it's available!

Lovely, comfortable house with great amenities in a quiet neighborhood; convenient location to gas, groceries, and interstate. Loved all the windows for natural light and great views. Open floor plan with spacious kitchen & dining accommodates any size gathering, Host Ryan is very responsive, helpful, and genuinely nice! Highly recommend!
