Small little place in central location of thao dien - great for a short stay on a budget.

The room seemed reasonably clean. The location is excellent. You can walk much of Thao Dien from it. Quick access the overpass to D1. Nice desk to work at. There is a rooftop seating area with wifi. Easy access. Typical of older Thao Dien buildings.

Very unreasonable check out policy. They start bugging you at 5 minutes to noon to checkout. I was running late due to cutouts on their wifi causing delays in booking an airline ticket. They want paid half day for a 3pm checkout and a full day after that! Curtains don't block light. Hall noise due to no sound isolation. Shower water pressure could have been better. Dated small toilets. No internet TV. The wifi is low performance but useable for email an low demand browsing. The place could definitely use some maintenance. NOTE: This place is no where near what I expected with a 9+ rating on Booking.

Television has so many channels to fight boring. Internet was good. Bed was nice

Water is too far away. Should have one in the 1 st floor and one on 5nd floor

warm water in the shower was nice and fast. Room was very clean too. Location really good, you can leave the motorbike in the parking area downstairs and walk to the nearby cafes and restaurants

No real complaints. Maybe the TVs could have netflix but that's nitpicking, especially considering the price.

Staff were really nice, and the location is absolutely perfect - Thao Dien is a great place for grabbing some nice brunch and wine if you've been in Vietnam a long time and need some western comforts.

No bidet :(

This property suited my needs it was very close to where I needed to be in D2 this was my second stay in as many weeks and when required I would stay here again

Not much to dislike the rooms are clean and comfortable

Room was clean and decent for Vietnam, more than enough for a solo traveller
