Great location. Well equipped. Lovely garden.
We couldn't use the shower as we couldn't reduce the scorching temperature of the water - despite trying lots of times, reading the suggestions and texting the son. Not a good time to have no shower as it was so hot (heatwave)
The conservatory is lovely and extends the whole width of the house, but with no roof blinds made the whole house like an inferno with full sun everywhere from 11 or so.

The communication from start to finish was fantastic. The communication from start to finish was brilliant and Lynn went the extra mile to provide us with marathon details and information regarding the buggy etc. The space was clean and tidy. It was well equipped and the toys for the children was a huge bonus when we are trying to travel light.
Lynn even had a celebratory bottle for us for after the men had run the marathon.
Definitely going above and beyond. Thank you x
It was all brilliant. We honestly couldnt fault it and we are already planning our next trip to Brighton to sight see!!

We loved the house and had a relaxing time. It was cosy, spotless and beautifully decorated. The garden and decking were very enjoyable. We will be back for sure!

Loved every bit of it.. this house has everything which one needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay, also it is easily accessible to the beach and other AONB areas. Beautiful walks to look out for. Very comfy and cozy.

The was lovely, and everything from home to home. The conservatory lighting was so lovely at night. The location was great, by car a short distance. The owner's had everything ready for when we arrived, including a lovely warm house. Would definitely stay there again, and would definitely recommend this lovely house.
The only 2 small things, we could not get on Netflix all the time we were there, just a bit frustrating. And we could not find the iron.

The house is beautiful with lots of space. It has everything you need to relax and be entertained, the rooms are comfortable and the neighborhood is peaceful. We loved our stay and hope to return.
