酒店环境非常好，屋子比较大，屋内设施非常好，提供电磁炉、冰箱和简单的厨俱，可以自己做一些吃的，出门不远有一家相当大的便利商店，可以很方便买到吃喝和用的，酒让大堂提供免费咖啡，对于每天早上需要一杯咖啡提神的人非常友好，酒店员工非常热情！ 对了，酒店附近有条小河，景色很好，非常适合散步。

对酒店本身非常满意，唯一感到不是很方便的，是酒店位置，离地铁站稍远，大约要走十分钟左右。

Our room had a bad smell from the drain, but the one our children were in was fine, so believe it’s fixable.

Hezký hotel, kávovar na kapsle na recepci, velký pokoj, pohodlná postel, dobře vybavená kuchyně. Dobrá dostupnost ke chrámu Fushimi Inari, klidná lokalita, obchod kousek od hotelu. Nápomocný personál recepce (manuál k pračce byl pro jiný model a museli jsme obsluhu konzultovat na recepci).

O něco delší vzálenost na metro (cca 1,2 km), hotel se hůže hledá podle Google Maps (vede do slepé uličky za hotelem). Hluční sousedé, kteří byli slyšet kvůli horší zvukové izolaci, ale po upozornění se ztišili. Průvan od vstupních dveří.

The apartment was comfortable, spacious, in a lovely quiet area only 20 minutes' walk from the station (and with several suitable transport options if you're less mobile). Washing machine in the room was particularly welcome for a 9-night stay. The property provided non=allergenic bedding on request. Kitchen facilities were perfectly suitable for the trip. Staff were always friendly and welcoming.

Could have done with a little more crockery & cutlery in the kitchen.

Perfect location and quiet place

I like how quaint and serene the property was.

It’s a bit of a walk from everything. But a good walk.

Очень большой номер по меркам Японии. Все очень хорошо, никаких нареканий. Местоположение не очень близкое от метро, но зато близко от центрального вокзала, что удобно для поездок в Нару, Осаку и тд.

The hotel is nicely decorated and very well kept/clean. The rooms for 3 were quite spacious and had the basic amenities. In a very quiet location, but close enough to the subway/train stations.

Some of the furniture were a bit worn and old, needs to be replaced.

4泊しました。滞在中の清掃等、室内に入られる事が無いのでセキュリティが安心出来ました。

連泊でも水のサービスは一回分なので宿泊数は欲しいです 駐車場が狭く壁際だったので大変だった。仕切りラインを幅広にして隣車の距離がとれると良かったです（初日は隣車がラインはみ出していたので止めるのに4～5回切り返しでやっと止められかつ、降りるのがやっとだった）

Room was perfect. Nice and large with all amenities. We had our own bikes so getting around was fine and not too far from a supermarket etc.

The mini refrigerator wasn’t as good as everything else.

The room was huge compared to most of our hotels in Japan. We really loved our stay here.

Room very modern, tidy, clean and equipped with everything for a great price in August.There are elevators too and free coffee in the lobby was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great view of Kyoto from room 410. Around 15-20min walk from Kyoto station, so a taxi (about 1000 yen) in the summer might be better with luggage.

The room was spacious and I love that it has its own washer. The building has a zen vibe in it.

It's a bit far from train stations 10-16 min. walk. Though maybe its okay during fall or wintertime but we were there on summer and the heat was about 95-98 degrees. It's a bit hard to get a taxi. And the hotel can't get it for you. They're suggesting to get an app that requires you to have Japan cell number which I don't have.

This spot was affordable and very clean. We loved the small kitchenette as we were able to make breakfast before heading out to tour the city. This particular location in Kyoto was a great base from where we ventured out to Osaka and Kobe.

I forgot to read the fine print on our reservation so was taken aback for a few seconds upon learning that I had to pay the city tax in cash at check-in. Hope this information can be made conspicuous in the future, as well as the amount if possible :)

Very helpful and welcoming attitude of the staff. We forgot some personal item and the hotel staff kept it worked with me to get it back,

Modern furnished and clean room. Located central and only a few minutes walk from Kyoto Station.

Kitchen could offer more equipment, there only were paper plates and not enough dishes

Staff was very nice as they let us in even though it was 30 minutes early, lobby is very clean, WiFi is very good, room was spacious enough for 3 people, facilities was pretty good, and bed was very comfortable to fall asleep in.

Only the location wasn’t the greatest. It was next to a convenience store but not close to a lot of food places/entertainment/stations.

The room was well equipped with a laundry machine and nice kitchen. Big shower comfy bed.

The staff were almost never in the reception and didn't understand English very well.
