The Hatmaker’s House
Cette maison de quatre chambres propre, tranquille et lumineuse sur une cour tranquille attend votre arrivée. Cette maison a plusieurs endroits pour se détendre et une cuisine à aire ouverte. Il y a des magasins d'alimentation et des restaurants à cinq minutes à pied. L'université de Guelph se trouve à 10 minutes à pied et le grand centre commercial local à 15 minutes à pied. Cette maison est magnifiquement située pour tous vos besoins. Il y a deux appartements au sous-sol qui sont actuellement occupés par deux jeunes professionnels; ils sont si silencieux que vous ne saurez même pas qu'ils sont là. Je suis juste à deux maisons de la cour alors si vous avez besoin de moi, je peux être là en un éclair.

6 of us stayed at Kim’s place for three nights to attend my daughters wedding. The place was perfect. It is centrally centrally located, and includes a lovely large backyard.

We came for the weekend to go tubing the Elora Gorge. Great house, nicely decorated, comfortable beds. Great stay!

This was our second time staying at this property, as we love the location and the house is perfect for our family of 4.
Kim is very responsive, and keeps the house very tidy and welcoming for the guests. Looking forward to staying here again next time we’re back.

This house met all of our expectations. Three couples and a single fit very nicely into this home. Interestingly over decorated and wouldn’t necessarily be recommended for young children

Our stay at Kim’s place was like visiting an old friend with lots of stories to tell.
Although we didn’t see Kim, her place was full of unique items and decor that begged to tell a story.
She provided anything we needed, offered to make up the pullout couch for us and left special touches that made us feel welcome.

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our daughter’s accomplishments at OVC. Close to the university and lots of room for all of us including the family dog.

The house was beautiful, exactly as described in the pictures. Kim was great about responding quickly to any questions we had. Check-in and out processes were very simple and easy. We all had a great time!

The house was beautiful and full of character making it feel like a home. My immediate family stayed at the house during our wedding weekend. They had a lovely stay and there was plenty of space to both get together as a family, and to have our own space.
The house was clean and well stocked. It was in a great location and super useful for those without access to a vehicle as it was close to a grocery stores, restaurants, many other amenities, and the university.
The host was wonderful and made sure the place was ready for us. They were very accommodating and quick to reply with any updates. Thank you so much Kim!

7 adults and needed a place to stay for a conference at the University of Guelph. The house was very large with many amenities. The beds were huge and super comfortable. Walking to campus was a quick 15 min walk and British pub, amazing dessert place, grocery’s, and good ethnic food were across the street so super convenient if you wanted to go out to eat or grab snacks. Host was very helpful and quickly responded to any questions we had. Internet worked great and the little touches such as the rain shower were an added bonus. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Thanks again!

Perfect for a Family Stay
This is a beautiful home full of comfort and extra touches. Perfect for a large family. Plenty of room for entertaining. Incredibly well stocked and so comfortable. A large yard, The location is perfect. We would stay again.
