House was very modern and clean

The house wasn't ready, we had to move after one night and move back 4 days later.. we were offered a discount for the inconvenience but didn't receive any. Garden and pool were tiny. It's a house for 8 people i don't think 8 people would fit in the pool. Location was poor Nearest shop was 1km away and didn't even have chilled minerals so you were doing 4 uber trips a day, works out at about 280 euro extra over the 2 weeks

Would recommend to everyone, very clean , secure , private, great location to marina, strip, beach and old town via cab . The layout of the villa is excellent. Loved the shutters as added extra security . Air conditioning works perfectly. Very spacious. Only a small dip pool but was clean and ideally for cooling off. Excellent valve for money. Owner and sons communication was excellent, professional, and fast reply to any queries.

Before arriving I was a little unsure but once we had arrived we was shocked at how lovely it was it had everything you would need at home.

only one thing we found was the beds wasn’t as comfortable as we would of liked all 4 of us said they need softer mattresses as they was so hard.

The villa was a home from home, quiet location, need a car but you can walk into town, perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all, excellent communication from Nuno even checked everything was ok half way through our stay

There were less cooking utensils than expected.

The property was really big and nice. The pool really adds value to the property.

It’s far from the main town. You would need car. It’s 10 -15 drive to the main town. It would have been more appropriate if the host had provided the basic toiletries. Nuno didn’t charge us the advance damage cover which was great but he did allegedly tell us after our departure that we have broken the light bulb of a Bed side table lamp which was not even there in the first place, though it was clarified later. So I will strongly advise to check the inventory with host on the day to avoid repetition of such situation.
