Private pool (most important-great for kids). Great privacy in outdoor spaces of the property- very quiet and peaceful. Property was well presented throughout internally. Fantastic views looking out the front of the property- mountains directly opposite and sea down to the right. Great proximity to supermarket, bar and restaurants- less than 5 mins walk. Good proximity to beach- 10 minutes walk. WiFi access for kids games plus Netflix and Amazon prime on smart TV. Host was very responsive and friendly. Overall it was ideal for a family holiday.

It was clean,and with the high ceilings it felt roomy.We had enough space for 5 people.

Not much actually,but the knives in the kitchen were useless,and not enough sun beds and chairs outside.

The only thing I disliked was the trees in the garden next door blocked our sun after 4 pm..Maybe cut them down.

Location was perfect nice and quiet only 7 min walk to the beach about a 10 to 15 min walk to the main centre but there was a supermarket a few restaurants and a lovely pup called durty nellys , food was lovely there, just a 1 min walk down a few steps from the villa. If you needed anything the staff were very quick to attend to your needs. If I go back to Puerto Rico in the future I will stay here for sure.

The water pressure wasn't the best in the showers and the pool was a little small but you could still have fun in it

Everything was perfect!! Very clean, Private Swimming Pool, fridge filled with drinks(beers sodas water) wine - red and white, sweets crisps etc, huge space, privacy, everything you need for your stay!!

The accommodation was fantastic. The villa is a 2 minute walk away from a supermarket and some really good restaurants. Mainly the villa is just superb and the owners were so accommodating. The best place we've stayed in Puerto Rico.

Wonderful villa. Close to the beach but in a very quiet area. The pool was lovely. We had a fantastic time there. The villa had everything that we needed and a very short walk to all amenities. There's a supermarket just a 5 minutes walk.

Absolutely wonderful villa extremely spacious clean and wonderful position. We enjoyed so much we are re booking for next year. Nothing was ever too much trouble and Nubi was so helpful. If you are looking for an exquisite villa very close to amenities this is the place. We were all very sad to leave but will definitely return. Thankyou Sunshine Villas 😀

All the staff were excellent. The cleaning and change of linen and towels twice a week. A lovely spacious villa.

I would have liked an oven in the kitchen especially as I like cooking. The kitchen work surfaces need replacing. It would be better if at keast rwo of the bed rooms were twins as we had unrelated adults who didn't want to share a bed so had to make use of the sofa bed. These are minor issues for us.
